8/5/10 Oil Leak Update
Hi Friends!! It’s another hot day down here at the Gulf. It’s been storming on and off over the past few days, but it doesn’t seem to have cooled it off any! The beach is beautiful and the water is extremely clear…the prettiest I’ve seen it in a long time. You need to get on down here and see us! We hope to see you soon!

We started out with a stormy morning but the weather has cleared up nicely. It is really warm again in Ft. Morgan and the humidity is very high! Lots of people are enjoying the beach this afternoon and we don’t blame them. Even though it is really hot the water is beautiful and the sand bar is close. Ft. What a beautiful day in Ft. Morgan. It looks like the we will have some afternoon storms rolling in! These are pretty typical with the heat and humidity we are having right now. The beach is amazing and the water is open for swimming and fishing! We have wonderful turquoise, crystal clear water again this week. Just a couple of tar balls, and only a salt breeze smell in the air.

Ft. Morgan Oil Spill Update 07/31/10
It’s already the last day of July and we can’t believe it. On this very hot day a few people are enjoying today but just about everyone is getting ready for the weddings this afternoon. We have two wedding parties here right now. They are very excited about the upcoming events of the day. Good afternoon everyone. We hope you are enjoying a cool breeze somewhere! Today in Ft. Morgan he dragon flies have invaded. The millions of newcomers are a welcome site because these harmless, beautiful creatures the eat mosquitoes. It is a site to see them soring and diving everywhere you look!

Good afternoon everybody! I apologize for the late post…it got a little crazy around the office and we didn’t make it out to the beach today. We will do our best to post a video first thing tomorrow. But it’s just another ridiculiously hot day at the Dunes beach with almost no breeze at all today. It looks beautiful out there though, I’ll have to go check it out after I get off work.
We are still running some great specials… hurry up and call us so you can get on down here before school starts back! Also, go ahead and book for Labor Day…we are filling up fast!! See you guys soon!

Happy Wacky Windless Wednesday! Crystal Clear water, and really hot sand in Ft. Morgan today. Not a breath of wind to cool things off but we still have a hand full of vacationers enjoying the beach. Despite the seaweed and a few tar balls we still have guests braving the water and having a blast fishing for jelly fish! Come down and work on your tan, and have a great getaway on a wonderfully quiet beach. We hope to see you soon.

Ft. Morgan Oil Leak Update 07/26/10 from Sunset Properties
Lots of waves and a great breeze this afternoon in Ft. Morgan. Tropical storm Bonnie only gave us a little bit of rain yesterday, but she brought in lots of sea weed! This doesn’t seem to bother our guests who are here. We have a small crowd but we are happy to have them. The vacationers here are really enjoying their stay and hopefully we will have a few guests on our videos this week.
