Things to Do

The Golden Yona property is exquisite! It is clear that the owners give attention to every detail and want to make you feel like you have had a well deserved get-away - and we definitely did! The weather was beautiful and even the couple of days that it was chilly, we could still sit on the balcony and enjoy the spacious living room and open kitchen concept while hanging out and visiting with family. Great place to rent - doesn't feel like you are renting, feels like home! I would highly recommend the Golden Yona property for your next get-away!

Can I stay forever? We really enjoyed our stay at our Phoenix condo in Orange Beach. We loved that it was right on the beach, gulf front. My husband unfortunately had some work to do our first full day there, but he did it with an amazing view from the balcony. My 14 yr old daughter is somewhat bougie so her standards are pretty high. She doesn't get excited about much and she loved it! We'll definitely be back, and when we're ready we're calling Monica because she was so helpful and amazing.

I cannot say enough good things about Indies 603 and the amazing staff at Sunset Properties!! Everything was spotless, had everything we need and the check in and checkout process was flawless. Communication was amazing with the staff and very easy! Do not hesitate to book here or any other location with Sunset Properties.

Finding your next home with Sunset Properties -

John Bobe is the most honest and reliable agent I have worked with. He was able to get me in to see the properties as soon as they were listed, and he always returned my calls as soon as possible. John made the process as painless as possible, and he is very knowledgeable about the market and the  real-estate laws. He went the extra mile to find the right investment property for me! I will definitely use him again in the future for any of my Alabama real estate needs. I would highly recommend him to anyone interested in purchasing a personal property or an investment property! His knowledge is unmatched in this area

Staying at the Dunes was amazing. Beach views of sunset and sunrise from the balcony were unobstructed. Beach walks were uncrowded and peaceful. Loved my stay and will return.

Everything was just as promised. Very clean and spacious. Would definitely stay again. Saw dolphins and stingrays. Beach was not busy and clean. Hidden gem.

This was our first rental experience with Sunset Properties after going to Gulf Shores for 10+ years and let me say I was impressed!! I don't think we will use any other rental property. Our condo and stay were wonderful, any questions or concerns before or during our trip were taken care of. We loved our unit in Ocean House II. Thank you Sunset Properties for providing such a great experience!! We'll be seeing you next year.

We had a great first time experience staying here this week! It's family friendly and there was plenty of room with all 6 of our crew staying there. The pool was nice and the beach was just a few steps away! The host was quick to respond when I asked a question. Will definitely be staying here again.
