John is fantastic! My husband and I were referred to him through a mutual friend- and he came through in more ways than one. Before connecting with John, we had been through the ringer in house hunting. He listened to our concerns, knew what we wanted (probably better than we did) and got us the  house we had been looking for. Excellent insight into local real estate trends, and just overall a knowledgeable, great guy!

Renting with Sunset Properties -

We went down for a 4 day fishing trip and had an absolutely WONDERFUL time. Navy Cove couldn't have been a better setting for the trip - the condo came with an electric boat lift, plenty of bait fish there in the marina that you can cast net for or catch on an ultralight, and quick access to red fish, jack crevalle, red snapper, king mackerel, Spanish mackerel, trout, etc etc. The condo was very nice and had one of the best views in the complex. It's an end unit with 2 balconies overlooking Bon Secour & Mobile Bay.

We stayed at Dream and what a dream it was. This is our 3rd time renting with Sunset and at this point I see no point in renting anywhere else. No drama. The property was awesome. Location was ridiculous. We can't wait wait to come back.

We had a great first time experience staying here this week! It's family friendly and there was plenty of room with all 6 of our crew staying there. The pool was nice and the beach was just a few steps away! The host was quick to respond when I asked a question. Will definitely be staying here again.

John did an outstanding job for us in selling our unit @ The Indies. Sunset Properties has also managed the unit for us for the past 15 years and their team is the best. Very professional and they really take care of their clients and guests. Great experience all around!

Everything was just as promised. Very clean and spacious. Would definitely stay again. Saw dolphins and stingrays. Beach was not busy and clean. Hidden gem.

We had a lovely vacation stay at the Awbrey House in Gulf Shores this past Thanksgiving. The property itself was lovely, and the location was amazing. Working with Sunset Properties was so easy, and they are great communicators. Something happened to the outside grill before our stay and they worked through the holiday to get a new one delivered to the house while we were there. Will book again with them next year!

We had the privilege of working with realtor, Shelly Dzwonkowski, on our recent purchase of a condo for our 2nd home in Gulf Shores. Shelly is an awesome realtor, trusting and a knowledgable person of the area.
