Sunset Properties is happy to add this beautiful 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom bayside home. Large spacious rooms for your family to enjoy their beach/bay getaway. The decor is fabulous, as well as a stocked kitchen so you can prepare your own meals. There are 4 bedrooms that are very spacious. The master has a king size bed, and the other 3 rooms have queen size beds. The master bedroom gives you so much natural lighting and a stunning view of the bay. Underneath the house there is plenty of room for parking and there is a great bar, and seating area to enjoy the evenings on the bay! You are just a short walking distance from the beach access on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. You are also less than a mile from the historical landmark FT. Morgan, though we are sure you won't want to leave the house! There is FREE WIFI at this house so you can easily post all the beautiful pictures you will be taking here! This home does have a ring doorbell.
$1 from each reservation made in Fort Morgan will be donated to the Historic Fort Morgan!

"Rental was fabulous. Peaceful area to enjoy our vacation. Short walk to the ocean which we took several times a day. Very clean rental in an incredible location. It was the quiet we were looking for. Just tow things:#1 the propane tank on the grill was empty, which we replaced-grill needed to be cleaned, we took care of that to the best we could. We tried to vacuum but it appeared that the vacuum didn't work. Looked at it further and there was a clog which we removed and then no problem. This are minor issues and just wanted to let someone know. We, 100% loved our rental and would rent again without hesitation. Loved how every bedroom had it's own bathroom and spent a good amount of time on the deck and at the bar under the house."

"It was really nice house but it looked like it was closer to the Beach than what it was. The Alligator was a nice little add to the house. The guy next door that lives there he feeds him a little to much an scared a little kid may get bit one day. The only few thing I think it needs is small pool or hot tub, needs more towels an rags also , and a dock to fish on. Staff was really helpful. The house was really clean."
"You are one of our first guests to stay in this lovely, new home and we appreciate you taking the time to leave a review. Seeing alligators in the wild is definitely a bonus! From a distance, of course! Housekeeping leaves the amount of towels and washrags that the home will accommodate. We do suggest bringing extra if you do not want to do laundry during your stay. I hope you will plan another trip back down here in the near future! We would love to have you!"
