"The Condo was exactly as described. Clean and nice view off the balcony. Right on the beach. Near the Pier. Great location. Close to some great restaurants. Desotos was by far the best Seafood. Sunliner was the best breakfast. Elevator did not work one morning . I sent a message and it was handled quickly. By the time we returned to the Condo after breakfast it was fixed. It was very reasonably priced. We enjoyed our stay."

"The condo was great. It was better than expected. Everything was very clean and it was updated and cute. We had plenty of seating room, the kitchen had everything we needed and even though it was on the side, not beach front, we had a great view. Our only problem was that the door code did not work. We called the number provided and the lady had another number for us and it worked."

"Great 2 bedroom condo for our group of five. Loved the smaller building!! Even though our balcony was on the side we still had a great view!! And a great price for right on the beach!! Hope we can find a condo here again if we visit Gulf Shores in the future. "

"We came to the beach for a quick getaway celebrating my daughter’s graduation from high school. This condo was the perfect size for the 6 of us girls. It was in a great location, close to restaurants and shops. It was clean upon arrival and looked just like the pictures on the site. Upon arrival we realized that the doorknob on the outside of the balcony door was broken. If you went out on the balcony and closed the door behind you, you were locked out. I called to let them know about the issue and they came the next day and fixed it. They were very polite and apologetic on the phone. This place fit our needs and was the perfect little beach getaway we needed. "

"Nice condo, great location. Just a couple things that could have been better: first is the oven took forever to warm up and cooking time was over an hour for something that should have taken 20 mins. But that was only a small bump in the road. The beach wasn't crowded and everything was family friendly. "

"The condo was fabulous! It had everything we needed and was cozy and comfortable along with nice upgrades and finishing. It is steps to the beach which was the main reason we stayed here. It also has a great location and you can easily walk to several area restaurants. This saves you money as some places charge for parking. This was our first time at Gulf Shores and we definitely had a great beach vacation! The property manager was also extremely nice and I would recommend this property to those who want a stress free trip!"

"We loved the condo! 5 school teachers stayed here and it was wonderful! Extremely clean and easy to access. I’ve machine and washer and dryer were a huge plus! Instructions were clear and checkout could not have been easier. The only recommendation we would make would be to add a different can opener. They even had two coffee makers and with 5 of us we used both every day. We will definitely be returning!"

"Island sunrise was spot on. Perfect walking distance from the venue. Right on the beach with a great view from the balcony. There was a boardwalk for easy access and the weather was remarkable. Checking in and out was smooth and went according to plan. Ms Karen was great, fast response, kind and courteous. My only advice is to bring extra toilet paper if you will be staying a while as there is 1 roll per bathroom. "

"The property was a little dirty around the pool area, but the hallways were clean. Overall it was a nice place to stay and close to everything within walking distance. " So this was my first time booking a condo in Gulf shores just because of the availability . I arrived to the unit around 4:30pm to find the power off. I had to look through the paperwork to make sure I had done everything right which I had . I informed the site manager and they jumped right on the issue . Turned out my unit wasn't the only one without power ,and luckily it was a cool breeze coming off of the beach. The manager kept good communication with me and followed up after the power had been restored. All in all after the minor hicup we enjoyed our stay."

"Great rental, right on the beach, decent view, the a/c filter was super dirty but there was an extra available for us to change out. The dryer lint holder was full but besides that, all was well! Would stay again!!"

"Sorry we missed the dryer lint filter, dang it! Housekeepers are supposed to check it after each time, but occasionally it may be forgotten. We change the filter once a month during the spring, summer and fall. And, believe it or not, on occasion a hot, humid week could cause a dirty filter within a week! "

"Kids,husband and I loved the stay. Only 2 things we wasn't to happy with: cook ware, need to invest in non stick skillets and get all white towels and have more than 6. If you are going to be stay more than a few nights 6 towels just are not enough specially when there are 6 guest and you all take showers EVERY day. "We were centrally located in walking distance to restraints and shops. A quick drive to lots of fun activities for the kids. We were right on the beach in a low rise of condos that felt more like home than some of the big high rise condos. Clean with friendly and accessible staf. "

Our wives hit the beach just outside the complex and were very happy with the short walk to enjoy the rays.
