"We loved our stay at this home last week. It was so close to the beach and it had parking for all the families meeting here for our vacation. Inside the home; having all the bedrooms and bathrooms was wonderful. We had 15 people (all adults) and it was easily adequate. The kitchen had 2 fridges, 2 dishwashers, 2 microwaves - and plenty of space to move around. And, everyone loves all the decks off the rooms where they could hang out or pop out for a private phone call. And - loved the elevator to assist all the stairs when bringing in luggage and food. Terrific stay !"

"Great house for large families. Multiple bedrooms, living space and kitchen on main floor. Bedrooms on floors 2 and 4. Elevator was a life savor! spacious parking and every floor has a balcony with a view!"

"The house has great views and is an easy walk to the beach; we did get a golf cart to make the trips to the pool a bit quicker but it is a walkable distance.
We were concerned about being so far from Gulf Shores but had no issues with the location. We enjoyed the quiet Ft. Morgan area; we all liked the food at Tacky Jack’s and Sassy Bass; and it is an easy drive to/from Gulf Shores.
The house was very clean upon arrival. Like most vacation rentals, a deep clean never hurts, but all the important “daily” stuff: counters, appliances, bathrooms, linens, and floors were in great shape. Management was great to work with – professional, helpful, prompt!
The kitchen had plenty of glasses (plastic, ugh), plates, and silverware to serve a large group but only had a few well-used pans or skillets. The crisper pizza pans were a welcomed find.
We were a group of 3 families: 4 adults, 3 kids (9-13 years of age), and 2 dogs. We had more than enough space but found the living room seating a bit limited (3 couches that seat a total of 9). There is also a small sitting area off the kitchen (couch, tv, and chair). All TVs were connected to DirecTV but didn’t seem to receive the same channels.
Personal preference, the beds are awfully tall. I’m 5’2”, the beds on the 4th floor were impossible for me to get into. The beds on the 2nd floor are a bit lower.
Notes for those with physical limitations:
--The ensuite of the 2nd floor King bedroom has handrails at the toilet and a no-step shower. Not sure the ease/difficulty of getting a wheelchair into the bathroom.
--The elevator is helpful for groceries, luggage, and those with physical limitations. Be aware there is a step to get in/out of the elevator at the 1st floor/carport. Also, in order to enter/lock the house upon leaving you will need someone that can manage the stairs to the 2nd floor entry as a key was not provided for the elevator."

"Our family met for the Easter weekend at Grace. The accommodations were just as described on website. The property manager was easy to reach and responded to every text promptly. We had a great time. The kitchen is where we spent alot of our time and it was awesome. The two refrigerators were our favorite as we do alot of inhouse cooking on vacation. The elevator made load in and load out so easy. The beach was just a short walk and had beach umbrella and chair service available. And Tacky Jacks is literally across the street for yummy Bushwackers! "

"Home has ideal layout, each bedroom with its own bath. Bright, beachy with gorgeous views throughout home. Large well stocked kitchen. Patios and seating on each level. Outdoor shower, elevator. Easy walk to the beach. Would absolutely recommend and stay again. Management team efficient and a pleasure to work with. "I rented this home for myself and my parents. The house was beautiful, just as pictured. Having the elevator was a big decision maker in choosing this property as my parents are older and have some ability challenges. Also having bedrooms on two different levels allowed space and privacy while enjoying the main floor together. The property management team was great and responded immediately when I could not enter the home with the door code given and found no power once inside. Thankfully the power was restored within and hour and the rest of our stay was fantastic. I would definitely return to this property."

We used the elevator for hauling groceries and baggage - best thing EVER! The beach was beautiful with good access and the pool was a nice size and accommodated all ages - even the little ones. Washer/Dryer good size but bad moldy smell, couches could use a good cleaning. Other than that, would definitely recommend and would return!"

"The home was great! Having two refrigerators, two dish washers and a dedicated ice machine made this “win” of a house even bigger. The bedrooms, and especially the mattresses, were outstanding. All in all it was a fantastic vacation! The only item I would suggest be corrected is the show at the entryway to go upstairs. You’re washing off sand but continue to track it on the wooden stairs. This caused us to place a towel at the second story entry. The placement of the shower could be better. "

"My family and I had a wonderful time staying in Grace. It is a beautiful home on a beautiful location. There were about 4 drilling ships visible from the beach but that didn’t make the stay any less wonderful. We’ve already rebooked for next year. I will say that the location is about 25 minutes away from other shopping areas but there is a great little grocery story about 10 minutes away. I love this home!!"

"We were 6 families with 10 kids. The beach access was great. The rooms were good and nicely maintained. The Kitchen was also good. Wifi was slow, and the TV did not work due to internet speed ( we hardly wanted to watch TV). The balcony was good but not covered, had to come inside when it rained. I still recommend as one of the best Beach house."

"Our family enjoyed Grace for a week during the first of September. There were 19 of us ranging in age from 1 to 86. The home was beautiful and everything in it functioned well. The elevator was a special blessing for my mother to avoid the stairs. We weathered through Tropical Storm Gordon without incident and made some memories we will laugh about for years. The house had plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and was positioned close to the beach for easy access. We would definitely consider Grace again for our family get away!

Don't want to be negative at all but because it is a new construction there were a lot of nails in the sand around the house. Had to make sure the kids had shoes when playing outside.
