"This property is as described. Cute duplex, located near the Fort Morgan Marina. Easy access to beach and a short walk to the pool. The decks were my favorite part being able to sit outside smell the ocean air while drinking my coffee! It was clean & had everything needed for a short stay! The master bedroom shower is amazing!!!"

"Dunesberry is in a prime location that is close to the pool and easy walk to the beach. Beautiful view of the sunrise overlooking the gulf from the bedroom deck. The main deck has a latch gate to keep the children or dogs within our view. The kitchen was equipped with the basics to easily cook our favorite meals. Bathroom near each bedroom. The beds were very comfortable. Condo was clean and freshly painted. Security code to enter helps make it a safe environment. "

"If your wanting a quiet getaway in a family friendly neighborhood this is the place for you. Short walk to the beach and the pool two houses down. We will definitely book this place again. The only complaint we had was the supplies in the kitchen if you plan on cooking or baking anything the pots and baking supplies are limited. And no keurig or blender . "

"The property was close to beach and layout of bedrooms was very nice for our family of 2 parents/4 children. The property management company was very responsive to our minor maintenance issues. However, the unit does need some updating work. The shower curtain rod in the master bath was very rusty; their was some dark stain on wall behind toilet in master bath as well. Toilet in first floor bath had stain under rim; kitchen cabinets were crooked and the house had no numbers which made it a challenge to locate in the dark when we first arrived. I say these things only to bring them forward, they did not deter from our enjoyment of the location at all."

"We had the best experience! The beach house was beautiful, comfortable, and it is located just a short walk to the Gulf. The beaches were breathtaking and we were able to enjoy it with our dogs. The staff at Sunsets were so helpful and professional. We really appreciated them!! I would recommend them to my friends and we plan on returning again and they will be our first choice!"

"This was a last-minute spontaneous vacation for us and the grandkids. So our choice was very limited. We found it on-line while we were driving down there, made a quick call, and we were all set up by the management company. Property pros: takes pets. Pool is about 100 ft away, plus other pool is a short walk, too. Nice size spaces and three bathrooms. Cons: very far from the beach and virtually no beach view. 30 minutes to town (might be a positive for you?) Carpet was dirty. Ants in the lower bathroom. Mattresses were cheap and hard. A little pricey for it's location - and we rent houses all the time on the coast, so we are comparing it to others we have been at."

"Staff great, location was ok, bring all your own food.... Local store prices were outrageous, duplex was clean, one towel per person so bring linens, and the only bad thing was there were numerous cabinets in the kitchen and baths with doors falling off the hinges. My grand kid almost ended up with a cabinet door on his head in the kitchen. Maybe opening & closing doors by maintenance person would help."

Yes the local convenience stores are higher priced than big chain stores which is why we suggest in your check in info that is emailed to you before checkin that you stop in town and stock up before coming out. We also have this info on our free app, it also tells you about linens that are provided so you are prepared. We send this helpful info out by email to every guest when reservations are confirmed so that everyone knows what to bring and not bring, what to do and not to do and what to expect upon check in. Also thank you for the "heads up" about the cabinet doors, we have informed maintenance and the owner and problem has been taken care of. "Our group of four adults and two children had plenty of room to relax for a week at this condo. The location was excellent-the pool was right by the house and the walk to the beach was easy, as well. There is also a parking lot for guests next to the boardwalk, which made unloading and loading a breeze. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking our meals. The house doesn't have a grill, which was a downside, though. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean, and the living room area was comfortable. The deck outside was also perfect for relaxing on, even in the rain. If there was a complaint I would say that the house lacks a proper outdoor shower for rinsing off sand before heading inside. There was one, however, at the pool which is one house down. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and I recommend this property."

"The house is nice but is starting to get some age and could use some up keep. Minor details were over looked like the light in the oven was out, the light over the shower was out, the walls have some spots that need repaired, the tabletop on the deck table has a large melted spot making it difficult to set a plate on and when the hand rails outside were replaced they didn't fill in or repaint. These things just make it appear a little bit unkempt. The cleanliness was ok but not great. They clean the main things but that is it. The canisters, pictures and things on the counter were very dusting and I had to wash everything before I could use them. The main part of the kitchen was clean though. The silverware is very lacking. The was 1 regular fork and the rest were very small salad forks. The description says that it sleeps 9 but, with that many there would not be enough silverware. The bed in the Master is very hard and uncomfortable. The handle on the toilet in the master would stick every time, leaving it to run for hours unless you remember to flip it up. The location is very remote. There is not a really grocery or restaurant for 20-25 miles. If the weather was nice and we could have been on the beach that would have been fine, but it wasn't and it left us feeling a little stranded. I did not realize that the location was as remote as it is from the description."
