PET POLICY
This home is dog-friendly. Guests must notify us upon booking if bringing a dog. A pet fee applies. Limit and size restrictions may apply. The following breeds are prohibited by association by-laws: Doberman, Rottweiler, Chow, or Pit Bull.
RULES FOR RENTING WITH A DOG
- Dog must be older than 9 months
- Dog must remain on a leash when outside of the house
- Guests must clean up after their dog
- No excessive barking

Wonderful Weekend Getaway!
"Visited with family for a quick weekend beach trip! The home was fantastic, it’s close enough to the beach that you can easily walk but the home is tucked away to allow for a peaceful evening! Having the two separate sleeping areas was perfect for our group and we even got to bring our dog! The small touches like the lights on the back porch and the fire pit were great additions! Will definitely be back again! "

"Great family place, We had 8 adults,3 Teenagers, 6 under 8, and the house fit us great. Not a far drive to the private beach for the HOA. But you can walk. Water was good and the beach was clean. Had a great time!! "
