Excellent Rental

"We visited over Spring Break and we were so happy with the property! It was so clean and open with spectacular views! We will definitely be returning soon! The walk to the beach was very short and we enjoyed the location. This rental had everything you could possibly need. We will be back! "

"My family really enjoy Fort Morgan. It is just the right amount of chill. Close enough to the action if you want to participate and far enough away to just chill. Our only issue was finding a maintenance individual in our condo upon our return from the beach. It was a little unnerving."

"We enjoyed staying at the Indies unit 608. It had everything we could have wanted. The WiFi kept losing signal very often but perhaps it was due to the weather. Everything else was great. We wish there was an additional chair in the living room for 5 adults to sit comfortably but the space is rather small so we just used as dining chair. The pool was refreshing....ok, very chilly but we jumped in anyway. Loved the walk to the beach and really good restaurants nearby. We will return to this unit again."

"This was our first time staying at Indies 608 and also out at Ft Morgan. Don't let the drive into town deter you. This is an awesome condo with a terrific view. The area is absolutely breathtaking. And no traffic noise. We will definately be back. An evening drive into town for ice cream or dinner was not an issue at all."

"There were so many things we loved about this condo! It was clean. A great view. Didn't seem touristy. Although need to get food before you leave Gulf Shores as grocery stores are 30 minutes away. WIFI was definitely a challenge to those family members who were hoping to do a little work on vacation. Overall a GREAT experience!"

"Very Good Communication! And the app was quite helpful!
Security on site was courteous and strict (which was ok). We needed a second parking pass (first one was included) and it cost $25.00 which was acceptable. The pool area was clean, I wish the workout facility was available (was locked and told for owners only).

As for beach access:
We had several children with us and found it easier to drive to the beach which is about 90 seconds. However, when the crew was sandy, they walked back to the condo and showered off outside the pool then jumped in the pool for fun.
When you head to the beach - look for the attendant and reserve a set of chairs. While it's not that crowded the chairs are nice to essentially claim an area. The chairs are rented for various prices depending on how long you want them.

The condo was clean, utensils and such were provided, it was nice to do laundry and the view was wonderful!

If I have a complaint, it's that the WIFI is really slow.

For the price & location (not directly on the beach) it's a good spot and I would return.

Also - do your shopping before arriving to the condo. There is a convenience store nearby that's a bit pricey, has pizza (pricey) and the customer service isn't the best.

So either buy food & cook it or head to town to get your supplies.

"Everything at our condo was very nice. Had plenty of kitchen items to make sure we had what we needed when cooking. The view was absolutely amazing! The only time we had any issues was with a door and they were resolved very quickly by Becky and Mark(I think that was him name) Also, Wesley with security was amazing and always so nice. The only thing I suggest that the owner changes is the front bedrooms mattress, even with the mattress pad on it, it was not comfortable at all! Besides that I would highly recommend Indies 608! "

"We had a great time! Our condo was clean. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. Everyone loved having their own TV in their rooms. Plenty of towels and additional linens if needed. A washer and dryer with laundry detergent came in handy. We took home clean clothes! Best of all was the fantastic staff. I can’t say enough about Wesley and the others! They really took care of the guests! "

"It was nice place and nice environment. The only problem was that I was not notified I had to pay an extra 40$ for parking until we ended up with a ticket on the windshield that was very disappointing. Also when they say no refunds they mean it even within 30 minutes of reservation so make sure you check the weather and what not. "

One association may not require a parking pass and allow unlimited vehicles, while another only allows one car and the pass must be bought at the gate. We do include one pass in each reservation but ask that if you need additional passes to notify us or the association. Other than the issue with the condo association we are thrilled you enjoyed your stay and were pleased with the items that we could control! "

"We had a great vacation here! Fort Morgan is the perfect spot for an amazing and laid back beach experience! There was plenty of beach to go around and you never felt crowded. The sand was soft, the waves gentle, and the water temperature was perfect! Fort Morgan was roughly 20 miles from Gulf Shores which I loved because it was more secluded and less touristy. The condo was fantastic! Very clean and beautifully decorated. It had everything you need to feel at home! I especially appreciated the washer and dyer because we used it multiple times a day and we cooked all our meals at the condo! Would recommend this place to everyone!!! "
