John looks after the little things and does not let you forget. Example was the $450 savings he reminded me about by using my existing title insurance. I forgot to look for it and John made sure it was done. John's wisdom during our price discussions with the buyer really showed his  experience. He also shined at closing with some last minute negotiations he took on with the Condo Owners Association. Pro through and through.

We had great communication from the company before, during and immediately after our trip. #138 is perfect for a couple. We took a quick last minute trip and booked the day before we arrived and enjoyed every moment. The building is older and not much to look at but our room was great and we loved the location!
