Guest Property Review -This house was great for the family plus a few extra family. The views from the balcony was fantastic. The house was very comfortable and homey.

Working with Sunset Properties -I have had three management companies, and there is absolutely NO COMPARISON between them and Sunset Properties. They are truly, in several senses, a family organization, with the owners living on-site, and all members of the staff truly like a family, among themselves, and in their relationships with the homeowners.

Renting with Sunset Properties -We only stay with Sunset Properties for our annual beach trip to Fort Morgan! The houses/condos are always perfect for our needs, clean and beautiful. The staff at Sunset are so nice and accommodating, if you have any requests they are always quick with responses. If you're looking for a great family owned company to stay with in the Fort Morgan area, the Dunes Subdivision and Sunset Properties is the only way to go.

Finding your next home with Sunset Properties -John did an outstanding job for us in selling our unit @ The Indies. Sunset Properties has also managed the unit for us for the past 15 years and their team is the best. Very professional and they really take care of their clients and guests. Great experience all around!

Guest Property Review -What a great little place!! Everything you could possibly want to do is within walking distance. The room was very clean and the bed was extra comfortable! It was the perfect size for 2 people and the property manager was very helpful. She answered all questions immediately upon texting her. If you are looking for a very affordable place for a few days, Beachview 223 is the one!
