Renting with Sunset Properties -I cannot say enough good things about Indies 603 and the amazing staff at Sunset Properties!! Everything was spotless, had everything we need and the check in and checkout process was flawless. Communication was amazing with the staff and very easy! Do not hesitate to book here or any other location with Sunset Properties.

Renting with Sunset Properties -Sunset Properties is THE GO TO Vacation Rental company for Fort Morgan/Gulf Shores, we have used them for the last 4-5 years and they treat you like family, are very responsive, very well priced, take care of issues (if any arise). You will not go wrong dealing with Sunset Properties.

Finding your next home with Sunset Properties -We had the privilege of working with realtor, Shelly Dzwonkowski, on our recent purchase of a condo for our 2nd home in Gulf Shores. Shelly is an awesome realtor, trusting and a knowledgable person of the area. Her professionalism was outstanding and she went so much further than we ever expected to make sure everything was covered and we understood every aspect of the property. Highly recommend Shelly.

Renting with Sunset Properties -I loved staying in this condo at the Phoenix West. The beds were very comfortable and I got a good nights sleep every night I was here. The view of the beach, pools and lazy river were spectacular. The TVs had all the streaming services so you could pretty much watch what you wanted. Had everything needed in the kitchen and bar along with a drip coffee maker and Keurig. The refrigerator was large and looked fairly new, enough to hold all you would need. I would highly recommend this condo for any trip to Orange Beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Guest Property Review -We had a great experience renting from Sunset Properties for our beach vacation. The house was everything we needed. We had great communication from the company before, during and immediately after our trip. We did not encounter any issues while there, but they told us what to do beforehand if we were to have any problems. We are planning to book this same trip next year and highly recommend working with Sunset Properties.Aaron
Owner Review -We would never use any other company to rent our house, because the people at Sunset Properties take a personal interest in our property. All of these little things help the bottom line. And, the service--it is unbelievable. .
