Hey guys!! It’s a busy, busy weekend here at Sunset Properties. The weather is BEAUTIFUL, the water is great, and the guests are out enjoying it! Only one problem…it’s 3 o’clock- check in time- and Katie is missing from the office!! Look at where we found her… Katie decides to take Labor Day Weekend off.

What a beautiful afternoon in Ft. Morgan. It is warm but their is a nice breeze coming off of the water and we saw lots of fish jumping and we even saw a small pod of Dolphin off the beach. Which we are so excited to see. We see a few cleanup crews down near the Fort, today cleaning up tar balls. Our beach is looking really nice and we had some friends help us out with our beach update this morning! Thanks Bryn and Diane for taking the time out of your trip to help us with our video today! Good afternoon friends!!!! It is a beautifully warm day on the beach with crystal clear water and blue sky. We have had rain every day for a couple of weeks and it is great to see the sunshine this afternoon.

We are changing or video updates a bit. Instead of a daily beach up date we will continue to give you beach information, and add in helpful hints, vacation tips, exploring area amenities, Ft. Good morning everyone! I was able to catch the start to a beautiful morning on the beach in Ft. Morgan today. The temperature was wonderful and there was even a nice breeze off of the gulf. We are expecting up to 95 degrees today but we expect it to feel like 105. The water is still looking great ans hopefully we can get some water videos for you later in the week!
We are still running great specials and our prices will be dropping again soon, give us a call if you are ready to take a beach vacation!
We have another hot and humid day in Ft. Morgan today, but it is beautiful on the beach. The water is clear and the beach is looking good. We have a little bigger crowd here through the weekend enjoying the newly open water. We hope you can come down and enjoy the beach with us soon. We started out with a stormy morning but the weather has cleared up nicely. It is really warm again in Ft. Morgan and the humidity is very high! Lots of people are enjoying the beach this afternoon and we don’t blame them. Even though it is really hot the water is beautiful and the sand bar is close. Ft.
