The staff at Sunset are so nice and accommodating, if you have any requests they are always quick with responses. If you're looking for a great family owned company to stay with in the Fort Morgan area, the Dunes Subdivision and Sunset Properties is the only way to go.

It is clear that the owners give attention to every detail and want to make you feel like you have had a well deserved get-away - and we definitely did! The weather was beautiful and even the couple of days that it was chilly, we could still sit on the balcony and enjoy the spacious living room and open kitchen concept while hanging out and visiting with family.
