We had great communication from the company before, during and immediately after our trip. We did not encounter any issues while there, but they told us what to do beforehand if we were to have any problems. Finding your next home with Sunset Properties -John looks after the little things and does not let you forget. Example was the $450 savings he reminded me about by using my existing title insurance. I forgot to look for it and John made sure it was done. John's wisdom during our price discussions with the buyer really showed his experience. He also shined at closing with some last minute negotiations he took on with the Condo Owners Association. Pro through and through.

Guest Property Review -What a great little place!! Everything you could possibly want to do is within walking distance. The room was very clean and the bed was extra comfortable! It was the perfect size for 2 people and the property manager was very helpful. She answered all questions immediately upon texting her. If you are looking for a very affordable place for a few days, Beachview 223 is the one!
