On this warm overcast day, we are waiting on the rain from tropical storm Bonnie. The guest are out enjoying the beach before the rain starts. I don’t blame them…. it is really nice out there today! We will not be posting tomorrow due to the projected rain, but you can look for us again on Monday!!

John looks after the little things and does not let you forget. Example was the $450 savings he reminded me about by using my existing title insurance. I forgot to look for it and John made sure it was done. John's wisdom during our price discussions with the buyer really showed his experience. He also shined at closing with some last minute negotiations he took on with the Condo Owners Association. Pro through and through.

We had a great experience renting from Sunset Properties for our beach vacation. The house was everything we needed. We had great communication from the company before, during and immediately after our trip. We did not encounter any issues while there, but they told us what to do beforehand if we were to have any problems.
