We have used Sunset Properties for the past 8 years. We love the area (Fort Morgan) and have always been impressed with the customer service. Checking in or out is a breeze and the homes are always clean and ready to go. We just got home from our yearly trip and I just called this morning to book our stay next year!

Although I live close by the job of renting, managing, promoting plus handling the maintenance and cleaning in order to maximize my rental income, takes a lot more time and effort than one person can oversee. We had a great first time experience staying here this week! It's family friendly and there was plenty of room with all 6 of our crew staying there. The pool was nice and the beach was just a few steps away! The host was quick to respond when I asked a question. Will definitely be staying here again.

This was our first rental experience with Sunset Properties after going to Gulf Shores for 10+ years and let me say I was impressed!! I don't think we will use any other rental property. Our condo and stay were wonderful, any questions or concerns before or during our trip were taken care of. We loved our unit in Ocean House II.
