John looks after the little things and does not let you forget. Example was the $450 savings he reminded me about by using my existing title insurance. I forgot to look for it and John made sure it was done. John's wisdom during our price discussions with the buyer really showed his  experience. He also shined at closing with some last minute negotiations he took on with the Condo Owners Association. Pro through and through.

We loved our time at The Indies in Fort Morgan! The condo was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. Our family of four was very comfortable in the one bedroom condo. We loved being a bit (25 minutes or so) from the commercialized and crowded Gulf Shores/Orange Beach areas. They were close enough to visit, but then we could get back to our own "semi-private" beach and relax. The checkout and checkin processes were extremely simple and the maintenance crew was right on the one simple question we had. We loved it and will definitely be back!

We stayed at Dream and what a dream it was. This is our 3rd time renting with Sunset and at this point I see no point in renting anywhere else. No drama. The property was awesome. Location was ridiculous. We can't wait wait to come back.

Owner Review -

I have used Sunset Properties for almost 10 years and have been completely satisfied with their management of my beach property. Becky and the rest of the staff are extremely knowledgable and professional and I have the utmost confidence in them. they take care of all the daily requests and needs of our guests. Many of our guests are repeat customers and I think it is partly due to the ease and comfort of working with Sunset Properties. Whether you are a property owner or looking for property to rent, I highly recommend Sunset Properties.

Doing business with Sunset Properties is always a pleasure. Everyone that works there is always very helpful and kind. I use Sunset Properties exclusively when I come to the beach every year because of the experience with the folks that I come into contact with there.

John Bobe is the most honest and reliable agent I have worked with. He was able to get me in to see the properties as soon as they were listed, and he always returned my calls as soon as possible. John made the process as painless as possible, and he is very knowledgeable about the market and the  real-estate laws. He went the extra mile to find the right investment property for me! I will definitely use him again in the future for any of my Alabama real estate needs. I would highly recommend him to anyone interested in purchasing a personal property or an investment property! His knowledge is unmatched in this area

We had the privilege of working with realtor, Shelly Dzwonkowski, on our recent purchase of a condo for our 2nd home in Gulf Shores. Shelly is an awesome realtor, trusting and a knowledgable person of the area. Her professionalism was outstanding and she went so much further than we ever expected to make sure everything was covered and we understood every aspect of the property. Highly recommend Shelly.
