Becky and the rest of the staff are extremely knowledgable and professional and I have the utmost confidence in them. they take care of all the daily requests and needs of our guests. Many of our guests are repeat customers and I think it is partly due to the ease and comfort of working with Sunset Properties. Although I live close by the job of renting, managing, promoting plus handling the maintenance and cleaning in order to maximize my rental income, takes a lot more time and effort than one person can oversee. We stayed at Dream and what a dream it was. This is our 3rd time renting with Sunset and at this point I see no point in renting anywhere else. No drama. The property was awesome. Location was ridiculous. We can't wait wait to come back.

We only stay with Sunset Properties for our annual beach trip to Fort Morgan! The houses/condos are always perfect for our needs, clean and beautiful. The staff at Sunset are so nice and accommodating, if you have any requests they are always quick with responses. If you're looking for a great family owned company to stay with in the Fort Morgan area, the Dunes Subdivision and Sunset Properties is the only way to go.
