Renting with Sunset Properties -

This was our first rental experience with Sunset Properties after going to Gulf Shores for 10+ years and let me say I was impressed!! I don't think we will use any other rental property. Our condo and stay were wonderful, any questions or concerns before or during our trip were taken care of. We loved our unit in Ocean House II. Thank you Sunset Properties for providing such a great experience!! We'll be seeing you next year.

We have used Sunset Properties for the past 8 years. We love the area (Fort Morgan) and have always been impressed with the customer service. Checking in or out is a breeze and the homes are always clean and ready to go. We just got home from our yearly trip and I just called this morning to book our stay next year!

Before connecting with John, we had been through the ringer in house hunting. What a great little place!! Everything you could possibly want to do is within walking distance. The room was very clean and the bed was extra comfortable! It was the perfect size for 2 people and the property manager was very helpful. She answered all questions immediately upon texting her. If you are looking for a very affordable place for a few days, Beachview 223 is the one!

We had a great experience renting from Sunset Properties for our beach vacation. The house was everything we needed. We had great communication from the company before, during and immediately after our trip. We did not encounter any issues while there, but they told us what to do beforehand if we were to have any problems. We are planning to book this same trip next year and highly recommend working with Sunset Properties.

I have had three management companies, and there is absolutely NO COMPARISON between them and Sunset Properties.  They are truly, in several senses, a family organization, with the owners living on-site, and all members of the staff truly like a family, among themselves, and in their relationships with the homeowners.
