Renting with Sunset Properties -

I loved staying in this condo at the Phoenix West. The beds were very comfortable and I got a good nights sleep every night I was here. The view of the beach, pools and lazy river were spectacular. The TVs had all the streaming services so you could pretty much watch what you wanted. Had everything needed in the kitchen and bar along with a drip coffee maker and Keurig. The refrigerator was large and looked fairly new, enough to hold all you would need. I would highly recommend this condo for any trip to Orange Beach. Would definitely stay here again!

We only stay with Sunset Properties for our annual beach trip to Fort Morgan! The houses/condos are always perfect for our needs, clean and beautiful. The staff at Sunset are so nice and accommodating, if you have any requests they are always quick with responses. If you're looking for a great family owned company to stay with in the Fort Morgan area, the Dunes Subdivision and Sunset Properties is the only way to go.

We stayed at Dream and what a dream it was. This is our 3rd time renting with Sunset and at this point I see no point in renting anywhere else. No drama. The property was awesome. Location was ridiculous. We can't wait wait to come back.

We had a great experience renting from Sunset Properties for our beach vacation. The house was everything we needed. We had great communication from the company before, during and immediately after our trip. We did not encounter any issues while there, but they told us what to do beforehand if we were to have any problems.
