We only stay with Sunset Properties for our annual beach trip to Fort Morgan! The houses/condos are always perfect for our needs, clean and beautiful. The staff at Sunset are so nice and accommodating, if you have any requests they are always quick with responses. If you're looking for a great family owned company to stay with in the Fort Morgan area, the Dunes Subdivision and Sunset Properties is the only way to go.

We had a great experience renting from Sunset Properties for our beach vacation. The house was everything we needed. We had great communication from the company before, during and immediately after our trip. We did not encounter any issues while there, but they told us what to do beforehand if we were to have any problems. We are planning to book this same trip next year and highly recommend working with Sunset Properties.

What a great little place!! Everything you could possibly want to do is within walking distance. The room was very clean and the bed was extra comfortable! It was the perfect size for 2 people and the property manager was very helpful. She answered all questions immediately upon texting her. If you are looking for a very affordable place for a few days, Beachview 223 is the one!

We had a great first time experience staying here this week! It's family friendly and there was plenty of room with all 6 of our crew staying there. The pool was nice and the beach was just a few steps away! The host was quick to respond when I asked a question. Will definitely be staying here again.

This was our 5th year, I believe, coming to Fort Morgan. I discovered Sunset Properties that first year and have used them every year and never looked back. They take care of you, have great customer service, and some of the best prices around. They treat you like family and make any wrongs (if any) right. You will not go wrong choosing Sunset Properties, give em a try, and if you enjoy the area like we do you will be back year after year like us.
