I have used Sunset Properties for almost 10 years and have been completely satisfied with their management of my beach property. Becky and the rest of the staff are extremely knowledgable and professional and I have the utmost confidence in them. they take care of all the daily requests and needs of our guests. Many of our guests are repeat customers and I think it is partly due to the ease and comfort of working with Sunset Properties. Whether you are a property owner or looking for property to rent, I highly recommend Sunset Properties.

Renting with Sunset Properties -

Can I stay forever? We really enjoyed our stay at our Phoenix condo in Orange Beach. We loved that it was right on the beach, gulf front. My husband unfortunately had some work to do our first full day there, but he did it with an amazing view from the balcony. My 14 yr old daughter is somewhat bougie so her standards are pretty high. She doesn't get excited about much and she loved it! We'll definitely be back, and when we're ready we're calling Monica because she was so helpful and amazing.

Renting with Sunset Properties -

We had a great first time experience staying here this week! It's family friendly and there was plenty of room with all 6 of our crew staying there. The pool was nice and the beach was just a few steps away! The host was quick to respond when I asked a question. Will definitely be staying here again.

We had a great experience renting from Sunset Properties for our beach vacation. The house was everything we needed. We had great communication from the company before, during and immediately after our trip. We did not encounter any issues while there, but they told us what to do beforehand if we were to have any problems. We are planning to book this same trip next year and highly recommend working with Sunset Properties.

We only stay with Sunset Properties for our annual beach trip to Fort Morgan! The houses/condos are always perfect for our needs, clean and beautiful. The staff at Sunset are so nice and accommodating, if you have any requests they are always quick with responses. If you're looking for a great family owned company to stay with in the Fort Morgan area, the Dunes Subdivision and Sunset Properties is the only way to go.

Guest Property Review -

What a great little place!! Everything you could possibly want to do is within walking distance. The room was very clean and the bed was extra comfortable! It was the perfect size for 2 people and the property manager was very helpful. She answered all questions immediately upon texting her. If you are looking for a very affordable place for a few days, Beachview 223 is the one!

Sunset Properties was wonderful to work with and Out of Office was the perfect spot for us!! This was our first time visiting Fort Morgan and our first bayside rental. We highly recommend and will definitely be back!!
