Before connecting with John, we had been through the ringer in house hunting. He listened to our concerns, knew what we wanted (probably better than we did) and got us the  house we had been looking for. Staying at the Dunes was amazing. Beach views of sunset and sunrise from the balcony were unobstructed. Beach walks were uncrowded and peaceful. Loved my stay and will return.

We had a lovely vacation stay at the Awbrey House in Gulf Shores this past Thanksgiving. The property itself was lovely, and the location was amazing. Working with Sunset Properties was so easy, and they are great communicators. Something happened to the outside grill before our stay and they worked through the holiday to get a new one delivered to the house while we were there. Will book again with them next year!

We had a great first time experience staying here this week! It's family friendly and there was plenty of room with all 6 of our crew staying there. The pool was nice and the beach was just a few steps away! The host was quick to respond when I asked a question. Will definitely be staying here again.

We had a great experience renting from Sunset Properties for our beach vacation. The house was everything we needed. We had great communication from the company before, during and immediately after our trip. We did not encounter any issues while there, but they told us what to do beforehand if we were to have any problems. We are planning to book this same trip next year and highly recommend working with Sunset Properties.
