We had a great first time experience staying here this week! It's family friendly and there was plenty of room with all 6 of our crew staying there. The pool was nice and the beach was just a few steps away! The host was quick to respond when I asked a question. Will definitely be staying here again.

This was our 5th year, I believe, coming to Fort Morgan. I discovered Sunset Properties that first year and have used them every year and never looked back. They take care of you, have great customer service, and some of the best prices around. They treat you like family and make any wrongs (if any) right. We had a lovely vacation stay at the Awbrey House in Gulf Shores this past Thanksgiving. The property itself was lovely, and the location was amazing. Working with Sunset Properties was so easy, and they are great communicators. Something happened to the outside grill before our stay and they worked through the holiday to get a new one delivered to the house while we were there. Will book again with them next year!

This was our first rental experience with Sunset Properties after going to Gulf Shores for 10+ years and let me say I was impressed!! I don't think we will use any other rental property. Our condo and stay were wonderful, any questions or concerns before or during our trip were taken care of. We loved our unit in Ocean House II.
