This was our first rental experience with Sunset Properties after going to Gulf Shores for 10+ years and let me say I was impressed!! I don't think we will use any other rental property. Our condo and stay were wonderful, any questions or concerns before or during our trip were taken care of. We loved our unit in Ocean House II. The staff at Sunset are so nice and accommodating, if you have any requests they are always quick with responses. If you're looking for a great family owned company to stay with in the Fort Morgan area, the Dunes Subdivision and Sunset Properties is the only way to go.

The Golden Yona property is exquisite! It is clear that the owners give attention to every detail and want to make you feel like you have had a well deserved get-away - and we definitely did! The weather was beautiful and even the couple of days that it was chilly, we could still sit on the balcony and enjoy the spacious living room and open kitchen concept while hanging out and visiting with family. Great place to rent - doesn't feel like you are renting, feels like home! I would highly recommend the Golden Yona property for your next get-away!
