We had a lovely vacation stay at the Awbrey House in Gulf Shores this past Thanksgiving. The property itself was lovely, and the location was amazing. Working with Sunset Properties was so easy, and they are great communicators. Something happened to the outside grill before our stay and they worked through the holiday to get a new one delivered to the house while we were there. Will book again with them next year!

I forgot to look for it and John made sure it was done. John's wisdom during our price discussions with the buyer really showed his  experience. We had a great experience renting from Sunset Properties for our beach vacation. The house was everything we needed. We had great communication from the company before, during and immediately after our trip. We did not encounter any issues while there, but they told us what to do beforehand if we were to have any problems.
