We had a great first time experience staying here this week! It's family friendly and there was plenty of room with all 6 of our crew staying there. The Golden Yona property is exquisite! It is clear that the owners give attention to every detail and want to make you feel like you have had a well deserved get-away - and we definitely did! The weather was beautiful and even the couple of days that it was chilly, we could still sit on the balcony and enjoy the spacious living room and open kitchen concept while hanging out and visiting with family. Great place to rent - doesn't feel like you are renting, feels like home! I would highly recommend the Golden Yona property for your next get-away!

We only stay with Sunset Properties for our annual beach trip to Fort Morgan! The houses/condos are always perfect for our needs, clean and beautiful. The staff at Sunset are so nice and accommodating, if you have any requests they are always quick with responses. If you're looking for a great family owned company to stay with in the Fort Morgan area, the Dunes Subdivision and Sunset Properties is the only way to go.

What a great little place!! Everything you could possibly want to do is within walking distance. The room was very clean and the bed was extra comfortable! It was the perfect size for 2 people and the property manager was very helpful. She answered all questions immediately upon texting her. If you are looking for a very affordable place for a few days, Beachview 223 is the one!
