Can I stay forever? We really enjoyed our stay at our Phoenix condo in Orange Beach. We loved that it was right on the beach, gulf front. My husband unfortunately had some work to do our first full day there, but he did it with an amazing view from the balcony. My 14 yr old daughter is somewhat bougie so her standards are pretty high. She doesn't get excited about much and she loved it! We'll definitely be back, and when we're ready we're calling Monica because she was so helpful and amazing.

We only stay with Sunset Properties for our annual beach trip to Fort Morgan! The houses/condos are always perfect for our needs, clean and beautiful. The staff at Sunset are so nice and accommodating, if you have any requests they are always quick with responses. If you're looking for a great family owned company to stay with in the Fort Morgan area, the Dunes Subdivision and Sunset Properties is the only way to go.

We went down for a 4 day fishing trip and had an absolutely WONDERFUL time. Navy Cove couldn't have been a better setting for the trip - the condo came with an electric boat lift, plenty of bait fish there in the marina that you can cast net for or catch on an ultralight, and quick access to red fish, jack crevalle, red snapper, king mackerel, Spanish mackerel, trout, etc etc. The condo was very nice and had one of the best views in the complex. It's an end unit with 2 balconies overlooking Bon Secour & Mobile Bay.

We loved our time at The Indies in Fort Morgan! The condo was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. Our family of four was very comfortable in the one bedroom condo. We loved being a bit (25 minutes or so) from the commercialized and crowded Gulf Shores/Orange Beach areas. They were close enough to visit, but then we could get back to our own "semi-private" beach and relax. The checkout and checkin processes were extremely simple and the maintenance crew was right on the one simple question we had. We loved it and will definitely be back!

This was our first rental experience with Sunset Properties after going to Gulf Shores for 10+ years and let me say I was impressed!! I don't think we will use any other rental property. Our condo and stay were wonderful, any questions or concerns before or during our trip were taken care of. We loved our unit in Ocean House II. We had a lovely vacation stay at the Awbrey House in Gulf Shores this past Thanksgiving. The property itself was lovely, and the location was amazing. Working with Sunset Properties was so easy, and they are great communicators. Something happened to the outside grill before our stay and they worked through the holiday to get a new one delivered to the house while we were there. Will book again with them next year!

John looks after the little things and does not let you forget. Example was the $450 savings he reminded me about by using my existing title insurance. I forgot to look for it and John made sure it was done. John's wisdom during our price discussions with the buyer really showed his  experience. He also shined at closing with some last minute negotiations he took on with the Condo Owners Association. Pro through and through.
