The staff at Sunset are so nice and accommodating, if you have any requests they are always quick with responses. If you're looking for a great family owned company to stay with in the Fort Morgan area, the Dunes Subdivision and Sunset Properties is the only way to go.

Working with Sunset Properties was so easy, and they are great communicators. Something happened to the outside grill before our stay and they worked through the holiday to get a new one delivered to the house while we were there. Will book again with them next year!
