"The house was very clean and spacious for our group of 11. Beds were comfy. Short walk to the beach which was not overly crowded. Enjoyed our stay in Fort Morgan away from the crowds."

"Minor Maintenance Issues regarding furniture and property - needs a little TLC. VERY large home to accommodate our large family. Little further from beach than advertised but still within walking distance. Neighborhood pool is a plus. View not as spectacular as advertised. Overall good location, quiet neighborhood, spacious home near beach and accessible pool. "

"Our family of 11 enjoyed our stay at Sea Turtle and the Bay to Breakers neighbor hood. The folks at Sunset Properties were great to work with. The house was as clean as any rental I stay in and we stay in quite a few. We were so thankful for this due to the current situation with Covid. The only suggestion is the carpets in the upstairs should be replaced as others have said. The location and the beaches were wonderful. We were lucky enough to have 3 firework displays on the beach! We loved the pier on the bay as many of us are fishermen. We keep our boat at at a wet slip at the marina and could hop in and go into the bay and gulf. Loved the layout of the house and the covered porches. All good!"

"We needed a place close to Mobile for our large (20+) family to stay over the Thanksgiving holiday. We booked another place that got cancelled, so this wasn’t our first choice. Since we live in south Florida near the ocean, being near the water wasn’t the experience we wanted, and we were hesitant, but we took it.
We were very pleased once we arrived and saw how pretty, clean and spacious the home was, and how tranquil the setting was compared to our area.
For 2 of the 4 nights we were there, we had 10 adults and 12 children and had more than enough room for our multi family getaway. We did bring a couple of air mattresses to accommodate sleeping preferences, but there was plenty of places to sleep. The closets also had extra pillows and some bedding.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything we needed. It had all of the pots, pans, utensils, etc used to prepare our large holiday meal as well as plates, bowls, flatware, etc. since we were a large party, we also brought our own plastic ware, paper plates, etc., but seeing how well stocked everything was, it didn’t seem like we needed to.
The family loved the balconies where we could also gather. Some loved sitting outside and having their morning coffee before the sun rose. Pure bliss. One of our granddaughters said she felt like she was in a Barbie Dream House, lol.
As much as we loved it, I would make a couple of suggestions. 1. The carpet is stained and needs to be replaced or cleaned. 2. The refrigerator was missing shelves, so it needs replaced. It also should be larger for a house this size. We had to put quite a bit in coolers.
Thank you for the attention and the care you put in this home. Our family was able to make some wonderful memories that we won’t soon forget.
Oh...I would take and post recent pictures. The home is nicer than what the current pictures suggest. :-)"

"I cannot express in words what a wonderful experience it was to stay at the Sea Turtle. There was plenty of room and we didn't even have to use the couches with our family reunion of 17 guests. There was so much room! The kids loved the upstairs loft area. The 2 bedrooms on the 3rd floor with the large loft area had a queen bed in each and were very comfortable. The mattresses were so comfortable in the bedrooms (everyone in our party commented on it). I had read a review of the third floor getting hot but that was not the case with us. Everyone was comfortable and we had adults on the 3rd level with no complaints at all. The air worked really well as we left it on 72-73 most of the trip. The sliding glass doors must remain closed as the heat will come through fast if not. The kitchen was well stocked with large pans and pots. They also had a Keurig and a crock pot. The only thing that would have been nice-and this is not a complaint-would be to have a 2nd refrigerator somewhere. We cooked a lot and the fridge stayed stuffed with no room for drinks but we made do with coolers. The washer and dryer looked new and worked better than mine at home. I was so pleased with everything and the management was so accommodating and nice! The beach was close and the pool closer. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will most definitely return in the future!"

"We really enjoyed this beach house! There was plenty of room for 8 adults, 4 teenagers and 3 kids! There were some minor issues with the AC that got handled quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately there was a crack in one of the tubs and water was leaking through the sprinkler head in the ceiling. A repairman was sent over immediately, but nothing was done other than identifying the issue. Repairman left and did not hear of any followup. We avoided that bathroom as best as we could. "

"We are glad you enjoyed the beach house, it IS a great house. We, of course, have maintenance issues arise and we do our best not to interrupt your vacation anymore than we absolutely have to. Our maintenance man had to call in a contractor for that particular issue, and he couldn't get to us until after your check out date. "

"We went there with the entire family and our two dogs to spend the Christmas holidays together. The house offers enough space and privacy for everyone. It is nicely decorated, well maintained and spotless clean. We had two minor maintenance issues, but property management took care immediately.
The kitchen is well equipped and the family enjoyed preparing the turkey and all the meals. The dining area allows seating for 10.
Walk to the beach is just a few steps.
Overall a great experience and price worthy."

"Sea Turtle was a very good fit for the large family gathering we had. There were many places to spread out but also to gather together. The kitchen was very well stocked and worked well for the chefs among us. This property is not beachfront but both the Bay and the Gulf are visible from the decks. We made good use of the pool, beach and also the Bay access. We enjoyed watching the large turtle in the pond behind the property as well.
The property is well maintained, well laid out and just plain comfortable.

"This was the fifth year we have stayed in Fort Morgan. It was our first year at Sea Turtle. Sea Turtle was clean, comfortable, roomy and very well equipped. But most important was the fact that it was dog friendly. We were very comfortable at Sea Turtle and are coming back next year. There is a short walk to the beach. Ample parking for our truck and boat. We caught plenty of fish and we love fishing. There are plenty of great restaurants! People are so friendly. We loved going to "Our Lady of the Gulf" on Sundays. They have a wonderful priest there. "
