Additional conveniences include a full-sized washer and dryer, covered parking, outdoor shower, and charcoal grill. The owner has added a privacy wall and gate for pet safety. Sand-Y-Sol is perfectly located for a relaxing beach getaway with family and friends.

You must be 25 or older to book this property. No smoking in the rental or on the balcony (including vapes). No parties or events.

PET POLICY
This home is dog-friendly for up to two small dogs (35 lbs or less). Guests must notify us upon booking if bringing a dog. A pet fee applies. The following breeds are prohibited by the association by-laws: Doberman, Rottweiler, Chow, or Pit Bull.

RULES FOR RENTING WITH A DOG
- Dog must be older than 9 months
- Dog must remain on a leash when outside of the house
- Guests must clean up after their dog
- No excessive barking
