Great rental house

"The house was great, very clean and lots of space for our family, the only issue we had was the door lock code would not work for us. We had to have someone lock and unlock the door remotely a few times, it was a hassle when we were ready to get into the house and the code would not work. The only down side was the grill, we wish there was a different grill to use. The area was perfect and the boardwalk in the back of the house that lead to a beach area was nice for pictures."

"We had a wonderful family vacation! We loved the quiet seclusion of this house. It was clean and just like the pictures. The bay was beautiful to watch while eating on the deck. The beach was so close and not crowded at all. Our daughter has quite the shell collection from this trip. Definitely one we will always remember. "

"The house is near the end of the street, and you can easily see the bay from the porch and watch the birds and dolphins in the mornings. We could walk down to the end of the street and see the sun set over the water on the other side. This end of the street is almost surrounded by water! The ocean is a short walk, and is pretty private. We loved this area because it is a bit set apart from all the busyness. Seems like a fantastic place to stay for a long beach stay. There's a dock where you can go deep sea fishing less than a mile away, and the big popular restaurants and souvenir shops are about 20 minutes from the house. It's just close enough to everything to be convenient, but still far enough to be separated from noise and lights.

The house itself was cleaned spotlessly when we arrived. The kitchen was stocked fairly well, and the bedrooms were cleaned neatly. The living area is just enough - two couches, two recliners, and room for a group of 7 to sit and talk comfortably. We would definitely stay here again. "

"The home is exactly as pictured. It was very clean. The only negative thing that I have to say is that it seemed that towels weren’t cleaned before our arrival. It was a 4 minute drive to a great beach! There were even wagons and some left over beach toys that’s we utilized. We loved watching the sunrise and set! "

"The house was very clean. Spacious. It had enough room for my family and friends. Our only complaint is that it was not handicapped accessible. If you are staying in this area you may want to stop in town before making it to the house they only have a little country store"

"Property management staff was helpful and kind from the beginning. Being able to text the staff was great!! Having an app to see all my rental details and instructions was amazing! The house was absolutely gorgeous. Very clean and tastefully decorated. All basic necessities were there and in great condition. Plenty of room. Everyone was happy... toddlers, teens and adults. Location is amazing with beautiful view. Very private and quiet. "

"We enjoyed staying at the bay house. The only problem we had was the Wifi did not connect and had to get maintenance out to assist with it. Also, would prefer to have a different grill to use beside the one in the back yard. Also, the mosquitos were so bad it was hard to stay outside and grill. We really enjoy grilling while on vacation and that grill was not adequate for the grilling we had wanted to do. Also, it would have been nice to have a couple of recliners in the living room to sit in. "
