"Pheonix VII is a great place to stay right on the beach. It is a very safe place to allow kids to play tennis and basketball. Has great in door and outdoor pools. Only downside is the obstructed views of the sunrise and sunset. With new buildings being built to the east, you can no longer get the great view of years past. Kitchen could definitely use some updated pots and pans. "

"We had an outstanding time in this rental! The views from the balcony’s were spectacular. The place was clean and tidy. The beds were very comfortable and staff was very helpful. We walked the beach everyday, cleanest beach I’ve been too! Zeke’s Restaurant across the street is phenomenal! We had the best weather the whole stay. For sure coming back!"

"This was nearly perfect!!! We loved staying here. The WiFi was slow - that’s my only complaint. However, we were at the beach a lot so it didn’t matter much!"

"We have vacationed in Orange Beach a number of times. This condo location is great, near our favorite restaurants, easy to get to the grocery store, etc. The unit is a corner unit so has tons of light, a balcony on the front (street/bay view) side as well ad the back (beachfront/oceanview). It's on the 12th floor (of 15). It was clean, newly updated bathrooms, comfortable beds, loads of pillows, bedding, towels, etc. They had beach toys, wagon, chairs & umbrella to use. The view is amazing. The beach is great, indoor & outdoor pools, a fitness center (small, but my teens were happy to have one), basketball, tennis, pickleball, & raquetball. Convenient to everything. "

"Our Girls Trip was wonderful. We had a beautiful view of the ocean from our balcony & the living room. The condo was clean, spacious & comfortable. We loved the short walk to the beach each morning after our morning coffee on the balcony. The owners touched base often to make sure our stay was good. Definitely would rent this unit again. "

"We had a great stay here for spring break! Everything was nice and clean. The building itself has 4 elevators which was nice cause we hardly ever had to wait very long for one. The location is close to everything but far enough away where you’re not where all the traffic piles up! The sunrise from this until is blocked a lot by a new building that sits a little farther up than the rest. The colors are still amazing but to see the actual event you’ll want to walk down to the pier (worth it!). Other than that the view is still amazing and the balcony is huge with a nice big table and chairs. We had some issues connecting to the tv in the living room (it kept kicking us out and the volume would go away and we’d have to restart to get it back).
Overall it was a truly wonderful stay. The property manager was very help and easy to get ahold of. 100% would stay here again! Having the indoor pool was really nice too since it was cold while we were there! "
