This 1,350 square foot 3/BR, 2/BA condo boast all the amenities and has been remodeled to include new stainless kitchen appliances and counter tops.
The master bedroom has a king bed with two nightstands, plus a dresser, mirror and side chair. There is a wall-mounted TV and a VCR. The master bath has a convenient shower/tub combination. The second bedroom has a double bed and a twin bed with a dresser and nightstand. The third bedroom has a double bed with a flat screen TV.
There are upgraded countertops in the kitchen with all the appliances needed for a pleasurable stay. A wood, metal and glass dining table seats 4. Kitchen and dining is open to the living area where there is plenty of room for all to relax and watch TV on the flat screen with media center, DVD and VCR.
Parking passes are required and have to be purchased from the front desk at your arrival and the cost is $55 plus tax - the pass is good for your entire stay. This price is subject to change with Phoenix's discretion.

The mobilization date to begin the Phoenix I Building Re-Coating on the North Walkway "Wall" Re-Coating Project will begin on April 10, 2023. This schedule can change with weather and depending on the number of repairs that will be required. Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 am CT to 5:00 pm CT. No noise prior to 9:00 am CT each morning. The contractor has been authorized to work on Saturdays, if required. No Blocking of units will be required.

"My first rental through Sunset Properties was fantastic. The unit was as pictured and located in a great location with lots of nearby food and entertainment options. We went during Spring Break, so the unit above us was noisy at times, but the Phoenix security guard promptly addressed this once notified. The kitchen was equipped with the essentials and the free WiFi was much appreciated. We would gladly return to this unit again! "
