"We had a fantastic time here! This is an amazing house to vacation in and relax, whether for a quick weekend getaway or longer stay! The views from any floor are just beautiful, especially at sunset. Step out the door and you're right on the water with piers to try to catch dinner. One evening we watched a school of dolphins feeding by the pier and saw a baby! That's a really special memory. The house is so spacious and the kitchen is well stocked with anything you'd need to whip up a meal. Comfy beds, too! Oh, and there's a lift outside so you can send up your luggage or groceries and not have to lug everything up the stairs. It's a short walk just across the road to the beach with white, soft sand to bury your toes in. There are a couple restaurants close by -- our favorite is Sassy Bass. We actually ate there a couple times and everything was delicious! Plus, Gulf Shores is just a few minutes away and has tons of eateries and shopping. Out of Office is the perfect place to relax and reset -- nice, quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. We'll DEFINITELY be going back!"

"First, we used Sunset Properties to book our stay. They were fantastic with the booking and then keeping us informed with reminders, every step of the way. Becky Smith was our agent and she was great, even giving me her cell number in case we needed something after hours. Luckily we didn’t bother her since there was no need. Everything went perfectly. The Out of Office property was perfect for us. We had nine in our family. The five girls wanted the second level for their own space. Very roomy with their own bath. As hot as it was outside, the AC worked great so we were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking supplies if we needed them. The property is on the bayside and the view is beautiful. We felt very safe in the area. This property is beautiful and we hope to stay there again in the future."

"We were very happy with the Out of Office house. It provided plenty of room for our family of 11 to spread out or even come together for a movie night. The grandkids loved fishing from the piers and caught their first fish. We experienced beautiful sunsets and a lightning show in the distance. Even saw the neighborhood alligator. "

"When we arrived the staff was very nice (Becky). We had a very nice vacation with family. There were a few small problems with the house but over all we had a good stay. The family got see everybody to relax, go to beach and have fun at some of the sights to see."

"Was best yet ,boat lift wasn't working after contacting them twice ended up fixing it myself so it works as should now.the house is absolutely amazing,clean and more than you'll expect from roomy to very well decorated and homely feel.the nieghbors are amazing (they live there 6 months of the year). Can't imagine staying anywhere sure bring own soap (hand,dish,bath) and toiletries. A+ place also great location!"

"For the first time we wanted to try renting a home instead of a condo for our family beach vacation. This location and this home were absolutely perfect! We will look no further! It is a short five minute walk to the beach but the home is also on the bay. We sat out by the fire pit and roasted marshmallows, kayaked, fished from the pier, and relaxed on the homes many beautiful decks. If you are looking for a place where you can have it all this is it! Quiet seclusion, great things for the kids to do, rest and relaxation for the parents. And did I mention the beautiful beach? The management was amazing and extremely responsive anytime we had a question or issue. The one small issue we had the handyman arrived within 15 minutes. We will definitely be staying again!"

"We had a wonderful time at “Out of Office”. It has a really nice recreation area that we took advantage of, as well as a dock that we fished off of and even caught enough for dinner one night. We went Red Snapper Fishing with Nichole Charters during our stay as well. It was very convenient for us because the marina that our charter leaves from is only a mile down the road from this house. Very clean and very cozy. The beach was only a short walk and not crowded at all. I would recommend this house to anyone that is ready to relax and enjoy the beautiful bay views. "

"Our experience with Sunset Properties was excellent! They informed us of all necessary information in advance, responded immediately to our questions, and were very helpful when we had an issue checking out of the property. The property, Out of Office, was clean, well-maintained, and well stocked with cleaning supplies and spices to use during our stay. We enjoyed a 4 hour boat tour with author Ben Raines and a wonderful meal at the Sassy Bass Amazin' Grill. I would definitely recommend this property.

"Stayed with the family + dog for spring break. The house was perfect with breezes off the bay but not the strong wind off gulf. Outside area good for kayaking, fishing, relaxing and easy with the dog. Neighbors friendly but not nosy. Lots of stairs and lift wasn’t accessible take note if one of your party has trouble with stairs. "

"We rented the "Out of Office" house as a getaway from New Orleans after Hurricane Ida. It was a lovely place in a nice and quiet location in Ft. Morgan. We loved fishing off of the dock and walking over to the beach. Though we didn't have a boat, the boat dock and lift looked perfect. The neighbors were welcoming and kind and the house had everything we needed. The one suggestion I would have is that you need to stock up on groceries, as the closest big grocery store was near the turn off for Orange Beach. "

"This was by far the best property we've rented for a family vacay. It was super clean, with everything you'd need to cook with in the kitchen. They had tons of board games to play, kayaks, corn hole, a fire pit area, grills, etc. In a nutshell, it had everything you'd need for a fun time with the family. The best part of the trip was sitting on the deck and watching the wildlife on the bay. The walk to the beach was very short (just across the two lane road), so we didn't have to drive anywhere or deal with too many crowds. This is definitely somewhere we would like to stay again."

"This house is everything advertised and more. We came for a birthday/family celebration and wanted room and activities. I didn’t know I enjoyed kayaking until my family convinced me to get in the water with them. The lift made these trips so easy! Our favorite parts were the underwater fishing lights, the kayaks and the large kitchen. The interior was large enough for all of us to be able to relax in our own spaces but cozy in the living areas so we could all eat and play games together. There were plenty of sockets and chargers for everyone’s devices even though we spent most of our time outdoors. The house is in a quiet corner and just a short walk from the beach. The managers were attentive when we thought the underwater fishing light stopped working and came 2 days later to fix it (it was just a breaker issue that we already figured out) The gentleman that came out gave us bait tips and was very friendly. We will be back and are already excited for next year. The attention to detail and comfort are obvious in this beautiful home! "
