"Ocean House II location is perfect because it’s away from high traffic areas but still close to restaurants and souvenir shops. The walk-in pool is great for younger children. The condo was clean and felt like home. Maintenance staff was friendly and took care of requests promptly. We highly recommend staying here."

"Once a year we take a summer vacation to a beach and this years choice was Gulf Shores, Al. We booked about 6 months in advance. Payment options were very easy. Getting to the condo once we got to Gulf shores was very easy. Parking was great, we had to buy parking passes, but that was expected. They had easy roll around carts for loading and unloading all luggage/ groceries etc. The condo access was a breeze and after we got unloaded, we hit the pool. All in all we had a great time and everything was within 10-20 minutes of our Condo. We will definitely be back again. Thanks Ocean House "

"The rental unit space is great and spacious. The kitchen, dining have everything we need. The three rooms are spacious. The only complaint I have is the temperature of one room( first room at the entrance ). It is very cold compared to the rest of the unit despite the attempt adjusting the thermostat. We love the balcony, overlooking the beach, it was beautiful watching the sunset and sunrise. The presence of authorities rounding the beaches felt very safe. Location is great. Close to shopping and grocery stores. Overall, we had a great time. Just one suggestion though, probably 2 set of keys will be very convenient. Especially , when you have 6 people staying. "

"Loved the layout of the condo. Balcony was big corner facing the ocean. Very nice location of condo. Very nice to have dishwasher, washer & dryer. With 3 ladies vacationing for 2 weeks it was wonderful having our own rooms with our own bathrooms & showers!! Sunset properties were wonderful answering any questions promptly. Thank you."

"Condo was beautiful, but needed more kitchen items. We had to buy some during our stay. The pool area with gazebos and grills was never crowded and the beach was very close. Great balcony and loved the extra beach chairs included. The downside was the lobby area. It smelled so strongly, like backed up sewage. It lasted our entire stay. Thankfully the elevator was quick. "
