"Navy cove is a beautiful property with a great location on the bay and walking distance to the beach. The unit is very clean and the beds are very comfortable. The appliances are new and the kitchen is well stacked for anything you need. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony with the great views."

A slice of heaven

"February is s dreadful month in Michigan so we decided to head south. Friends recommended Gulf Shores area so we checked it out. After reviewing many condos we decided on Navy Cove Harbor #2113 in Fort Morgan. We contacted Sunset Properties directly and got the best price for our stay. Just far enough away from the touristy area but still close enough to be convenient to all shopping, dining and events. The condo was very clean, the decor is welcoming and boasts pictures from the area. The unit is well stocked with linens and the kitchen is nicely stocked for the cooking enthusiasts. Beds are comfortable and the sofas open to sleep additional guests. One of the best features is morning coffee on the balcony which overlooks the harbor and a Gulf walk for sunset . We were treated with frequent visits from dolphins and sea birds. Walking along the bay became a daily ritual. A beautiful family Gulf beach is within walking distance. The boat dock (with hoist) is below the balcony and is, in itself, very picturesque. We highly recommend this condo and will be spending another glorious vacation here next winter. "

Navy Cove Gem

"With Mobile Bay on one side and the Gulf on the other, Navy Cove Unit 2113 is a clean condo with tasteful decor, a fully stocked kitchen, and comfortable beds. To enjoy the tranquility of the harbor, we sat on the balcony and watched for dolphins and pelicans while having our morning coffee and evening cocktails—it's the perfect way to start and end the day. It was a nice bonus to have our boat hoist just below our balcony so we knew it was safe and out of the water. There is also a pool and hot tub within this gated community. This peaceful place is truly a gem. We will be back.. Highly recommend!"

Peaceful, Beautiful, and Family-Friendly!

"Reel Fun Condo 2113 at Navy Cove Harbor in Fort Morgan, Alabama is an absolute gem! Our family has stayed here multiple times and it has become a place we look forward to visiting every year. The views of the bay are stunning, and having the power boat hoist right outside the window (included with the rental) makes it incredibly convenient for anyone bringing a boat. We spent so much time out on the bay and loved every minute of it. The community is gated, very peaceful, and the neighbors are extremely friendly and helpful. The property amenities are wonderful with two pools and two hot tubs to enjoy. It’s also just a short five-minute walk to the beautiful Gulf-side beach, and there’s even a private bay-side beach right on the property. This area is quiet and relaxing but still close to some great local restaurants. It’s truly a fisherman’s dream. we regularly saw dolphins coming right into the harbor, which was amazing for the kids. One of our favorite family traditions here is catching crabs at night with the kids, which is always a huge hit. The condo itself is adorable and decorated perfectly. Everything feels cozy and welcoming. The beds are very comfortable, and the two couches in the living room fold out into beds, which is great for families or extra guests. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for cooking and enjoying meals together. Our family absolutely loves staying here. If you’re looking for a peaceful waterfront getaway with beautiful views, great amenities, and plenty of fun for the whole family, Reel Fun Condo 2113 is the perfect place. We can’t wait to come back."

"unit sufficed for purpose intended which was the boat lift 2 things, owner may want to lubricate the lift motors only real beef is that forgot something in refrigerator and went back to condo at 10:15 and the door lock code had been changed, you think maybe you could allow at least an hour for things like this, pretty ******"

"We were pleasantly surprised at the comfort level of Navy Cove 2113. Having some prior bad experiences with other properties and companies, we were apprehensive before arrival. The bed was extremely comfortable- quality mattress and bedding. Kitchen had high end appliances and washer/ dryer, furniture was beautiful and comfortable, all the quality you usually miss when you rent a beach condo was there! Quiet, far from pool noise. A few outlets were not functional and someone came to check immediately."

"Sunset Properties was great to work with and the owner has a very nice, CLEAN, well decorated 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo overlooking the bay. It may be important for coffee drinkers to know that a Kuerig is available - no regular coffee pot. This condo is located on the first level of the west building and is located directly above the assigned boat slip - this is a great advantage. The appliances all seem to be relatively new, the beds seem new but somewhat hard, and the carpet also seems very new. The overall smell of the condo is very crisp and clean - not musty at all. This condo gets direct morning sun so you cannot sit on the deck for breakfast. It is obviously shaded and pleasant in the evening. The biggest issue we encountered was that the Navy Cove boat ramp is now padlocked and we did not have a key. Sunset Properties was unaware of this - the owner should provide a key. Overall, this is a very nice condo which has just recently been put on the rental market. "
