"unit sufficed for purpose intended which was the boat lift 2 things, owner may want to lubricate the lift motors only real beef is that forgot something in refrigerator and went back to condo at 10:15 and the door lock code had been changed, you think maybe you could allow at least an hour for things like this, pretty ******"

"We were pleasantly surprised at the comfort level of Navy Cove 2113. Having some prior bad experiences with other properties and companies, we were apprehensive before arrival. The bed was extremely comfortable- quality mattress and bedding. Kitchen had high end appliances and washer/ dryer, furniture was beautiful and comfortable, all the quality you usually miss when you rent a beach condo was there! Quiet, far from pool noise. A few outlets were not functional and someone came to check immediately."

"Sunset Properties was great to work with and the owner has a very nice, CLEAN, well decorated 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo overlooking the bay. It may be important for coffee drinkers to know that a Kuerig is available - no regular coffee pot. This condo is located on the first level of the west building and is located directly above the assigned boat slip - this is a great advantage. The appliances all seem to be relatively new, the beds seem new but somewhat hard, and the carpet also seems very new. The overall smell of the condo is very crisp and clean - not musty at all. This condo gets direct morning sun so you cannot sit on the deck for breakfast. It is obviously shaded and pleasant in the evening. The biggest issue we encountered was that the Navy Cove boat ramp is now padlocked and we did not have a key. Sunset Properties was unaware of this - the owner should provide a key. Overall, this is a very nice condo which has just recently been put on the rental market. "
