This home is dog-friendly. Guests must notify us upon booking if bringing a dog. A pet fee applies. Limit one dog under 15 lbs. The following breeds are prohibited by association by-laws: Doberman, Rottweiler, Chow, or Pit Bull.
RULES FOR RENTING WITH A DOG
- Dog must be older than 9 months
- Dog must remain on a leash when outside of the house
- Guests must clean up after their dog
- No excessive barking
