"I love my Sweet Alabama Home in Ft. Morgan. I'm a snowbird from Indiana and stayed January, February, March this year. Everything about my rental experience was grand. And I LOVE the locals in this area. They are very respectful and accommodating. I like being called "Ma'am." Nobody shows me that much respect in Indiana."

"This was by far the easiest and most amazing vacation we've ever had! The condo is clean, well stocked, and in a perfect spot. The pool was awesome when the beach was too windy/rough, and we have already booked our stay for next year. Looking forward to many more outstanding vacations. "

"This was my first time staying here. The check in process both by email and on site was a seamless experience. The staff was very easy to work with. The condo itself was very well maintained, clean and very well stocked. It had all vacation needs covered and beyond. Access in and out of the location was easy, not complicated at all. Ample parking. It was nice to have a Tacky Jacks in walking distance. The grounds and location are very well kept and are as pretty as they look on the website. Had a great vacation"

"Our stay at Indies 709 was excellent. The condo was extremely clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff was super friendly. The beach is just a short walk away and it was not very crowded at all. There are a few restaurants nearby which was helpful. We did drive in to Gulf Shores/Orange Beach a few times. It's about a 19 mile drive. I wish we could have stayed for another week! We will definitely be back."

"Loved our time at Sunset Properties! Clean and close to the beach. Only complaint is the sofa bed not in best condition. Loved being away from busy city life. Wish we had thought ahead and bought groceries on our way to the property, as it was a bit of a drive back to town."

"Condo is in fantastic shape just a short walk to the beach. If you are into history it sits close to Fort Morgan worth touring. The location is 18 miles from orange beach so it is in a wuiet area. If your looking to kick back and relax then its good place to stay in. Had a good trip."

"This was our fifth time staying in the Indies/Dunes community over the last decade, and it won't be our last.

We have a couple of minor comments about the amenities that kept us from giving this condo a 100% upon review. First, no blender was available in the otherwise fully stocked kitchen. Second, the leather finish on one of the sofa sleeper's cushions was significantly damaged. It didn't impact the comfort of the sofa, but it was definitely not in keeping with the quality we've come to expect in previous Sunset Property stays.

Overall the property was clean, the beach & pool were great, and we look forward to our next Ft. Morgan visit.

"The condo was very clean and modern. Great kitchen and bathrooms. The washer/dryer were a little small, they were not "FULL SIZE" as listed in the description but they both worked and we were able to make do. There was a 150 yard walk to the beach. That was ok for us but might be difficult for more mature renters. There weren't very many choices in the area for dining out. This property is 18 miles west of Gulf Shores. If you are looking for a place with shops and dining this is not for you. If you are looking for a place away from the hustle and bustle this is the perfect place for you."

"Great setup in condo of The Indies room 709! The only problem was one elevator not working! That was the week of SO much rain and flooding so rwe really enjoyed the comforts of this condo! Thank you!"

"Our family loved the condo and the beach. It was very clean. The pool should stay open till 10pm instead of 9. Other than that it was a very relaxing and pleasant vacation. Next time we would like to stay longer than 5 nights! We saw sharks, sting rays, and jelly fish daily. Also watched dolphins further out. The oil riggs were interesting and didn't take away from the scenery at all. Ocean's Pizza delivers and our whole family loved it. We took the Ft.Morgan Ferry home and I'd suggest getting there by 8:00-8:30am if you want to make the early ferry. These condos are 20 minutes or so away from Gulf Shores, but it was nice to be away from the 'touristy' areas. Very family friendly and we want to go back to the Indies. "Had a great time as usual, but had never been in June and will never again. Way too crowded. Beach full of dining canopies looking a little trashy. Pools were cloudy by 2 in the afternoon from excess usage. Pool was cleaned very well daily, but could not handle the amt of usage. Car got banged up in the lot. Really angers me. Staff was fantastic though. And crowding is not the fault of any one. I will definatley be back, just not in summer break rush. "

I remember speaking to you about your car. I am sorry the culprit did not fess up to the damage. "Our family enjoys staying at the Indies. We've stayed with them for the past 4 years. Our condo was beautifully decorated and had all the up to date amenities you could want. I'm a bit paranoid when it comes to the cleanliness of swimming pools, we've had a bad experience with another resort in the area but that is NOT the case with the Indies. The pool was well maintained as well as the grounds. Another comfort was the security guards that constantly keep watch over the area. We will visit again as soon as possible. "
