"Rental was newly updated with a casual, beachy decor. Everything was in working order and clean when we arrived. A view of the beach from every room accept bathrooms was a bonus! Construction was being done on some of the other units but it was not bothersome to us. Exterior was not a good indicator of how special everything actually was. "

They have thought of everything you will need to enjoy your stay and there is a hook or shelf in all of the right places. The easy access to the beach and parking right under your condo can’t be beat. We look forward to our vacation to Gulfside every year and would definitely book #11 again on a future stay. "

"I’m losing count of how many years we’ve stayed in GST 11! I think this was year 15? Same week every year! I love the improvements that have been made recently. The whole complex is a treasure that I hope stays FOREVER! The only negatives were the dead electrical outlets in the bathrooms and other spots and the slow drains in the bathtubs, but I’m confident those issues will be resolved quickly or work-arounds suggested. Sunset Properties was great!! "

"We brought our granddaughters to the beach for the 4th of July and the townhome we rented was wonderful. It had everything we needed and was in a great location. It was close to some really great restaurants and just a short walk to the beach. The pool was well maintained and someone came out to service it every day. The staff checked on us to see if we had everything we needed and answered any questions promptly. We will definitely be coming back."

"This is a perfect place to stay for a beach vacation. Property is well maintained, nice pool area, grass courtyard area for frisbee or football, and private/ covered 2 car parking for each condo. The condo was nicely decorated with plenty of room for our family if 7. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean and tidy. The stacked washer/ dryer was nice to have for quick loads of laundry. Easy access to the beach was also a plus. As stated in the arrival instructions, just remember to bring all personal care items with you. This condo has no extras of those items. Each bathroom had a small packaged hand soap disk, but nothing more. For the kitchen, you may even need dish soap and everyday items like seasonings, foil, trash bags, etc. as ours did not have that. Overall, nice place in a great location. I would stay here again "

"We come to Gulf Shores every May for the Alabama High School state track and field championship meet. We’ve stayed at the complex before. Both units have been great. This one was clean. Had plenty of room. And a good view of the pool and ocean. And it’s close enough that you can walk to several restaurants. I plan to stay here again next!"

"Went on a family vacation. We are family of 4 with older and younger children. Condo was great. Couple easily sleep a couple more. We really enjoyed the pool and the beach was just steps away. Location is great short walk to restaurants and ice cream shops. Short drive to others. The Condo was nice in good shape. Make sure to bring/purchase extra paper towels, dishwasher/dish soap because it’s not provided. We will definitely stay again. "

"We’ve stayed at GST 11 for 12 years (we think!) now! It has really become our Home Away from Home. We come the same time every year and meet up with several other long-time GST visitors. It’s become a big Beach Family Reunion.

GST 11 is an awesome unit. It’s always clean and comfortable. I know what’s there because we’ve stayed there so much. It has everything you need. It fits 5 very comfortably - adults and teens. I can see more being comfortable if everyone gets along really well.

You can’t beat the pool and courtyard area! It fits our large group and then some. The beach is steps away and close enough you can go back and forth without much hassle.

I hope Gulfside Townhomes continues to be the best kept secret on West Beach. You can’t beat it’s simplicity in these days and times!

If there was anything I could change, it would be the mattress in the master bedroom. It’s a little too firm for me, but I adjust after a couple of days. "

"We enjoyed our stay. It was very peaceful despite the tropical storm. I had minor issues and maintenance appeared the same day, and he was so very nice. The property appeared to have some small updates based on the pictures and being in person. There is nothing negative to be said. I rented to accommodate my family of 7 and it ended up just being 3 of us coming down. It would have comfortably accommodated all 7."

"The condo was very clean and very well maintained. While the property is part of a complex, there are no units above or below these. The convenience of being able to park your car completely out of the sun below the townhome is very convenient. The entrance to the condo just above the ground floor is totally private - minimizing any COVID-19 exposure...this level is brightly decorated and the mirrors gives it a airy open feeling. The main level living, dining & kitchen area has a private balcony overlooking the pool & the beach. Having a half bath on this level provides a lot of convenience. The next level has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms - providing another level of privacy...and another private balcony off the master bedroom with another view of the pool and the beach! The walls are well insulated giving a sense of totally privacy and the A/C unit had no problem keeping the condo very cool! We will definitely book this one again..."
