"For the most part, our stay was wonderful! With that being said, we did have a couple of issues! Upon arrival our door would not lock when we left the condo. We could lock it from inside the condo, but not outside. I did message the customer service number, never received a response, but by Wednesday it seemed yo be working again! The biggest issues was the balcony door! It was ridiculously hard to open. Once on the balcony, we could never get it to close all the way since there was nothing to grab onto from the outside! This hindered the time spent on the balcony since we did not want the air conditioner to freeze up! Again, i messaged customer service and they did send someone out for that issue. Maintenance had the same issue, we were told the owner of the condo would be contacted. "
