"Great place, especially for the price. Fun atmosphere with a restaurant, ice cream shop, gift shops, and view of the marina. Management checked in via text while we were there and were very responsive. Only downside was no pool or beach, but we did know that when we rented. Very pleased. "

"Since we are locals we know the marina well. The room was exactly as advertised. 5 stars all around for the stay and room. Only downside was there were way more out of town visitors than we expected in the evenings. The semiprivate balcony was not so private. The whole place was crawling with people every evening until around 9:30 In the description i would mention the overflow of people everywhere on the weekends. We greatly enjoyed the stay and we will definitely recommend it. "

"So happy we found out about this place! It was perfect! We saw a charter boat come in with HUGE tuna and amberjack one night, fished off the marina dock by the fish feeders, and danced to the tunes playing by the marina as we enjoyed wine on the balcony of the marina. We also enjoyed ice cream at Pelican scoops more than once. And it wasn't my too loud for adults who need sleep! We will absolutely stay again."

"The room was clean and had enough space for 4 adults. It is perfect for those who enjoy fishing to watch the boats come and go. (you cannot fish there). We rented a boat for a 6am departure Snapper trip, it was great to just walk downstairs. The staff with Sunset were ALL wonderful to work with and very prompt to assist with any needs prior and/or during our stay. "
