While this condo does not include a full kitchen or in-unit washer/dryer, it features a full-size refrigerator, microwave, and smart TVs in both the living room and bedroom. Complimentary coffee is available 6 am–12 pm daily at the Dock Store next door, and Tacky Jacks 2 restaurant is steps away for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
