"It was a very nice and clean rental. The view is amazing and it's not a super busy area. The condo seems to have some updates from the pictures. Nower couch and furniture in the living area. Would highly recommend staying here. The hot tub and pool were so nice. Security was always visible walking the grounds and very kind and helpful. "

"Super easy check in and out, great location, secluded but close enough to restaurants, shopping etc. Family oriented not a party crowd, don't have to worry about the kids seeing or hearing things they shouldn't from college crowd.

"Our family of 5 was very pleased! It is about 20 minutes from Gulf Shores which we like but if you plan on going to town a lot then I would look some place else. I loved having a nice kitchen and was able to quickly make meals for everyone with out difficulty. We brought all of our food from home but if you do not I would stop at the Wal-Mart in Gulf Shores before starting your vaca that way you can enjoy all your time on the beach. It was very family friendly and our kids made friends with other children while there. I gave 4/5 stars for cleanliness because when wiping water off the floor on the first day my rag was dirty which grossed me out a little but besides not mopping I did not have any concerns. It was a very nice spot for our family for an amazing price. If you like to be off the beaten path a little bit this is your place. "

"I liked the condo very much and would not hesitate to recommend the property to someone, as long as they did not mind not having internet access. I would be very clear, though, that it is almost impossible to find a place to text/email/facebook, etc. without either going to the main office or driving down the road a ways.
Things were mostly clean -- a few hairs on the floor, etc, I presume from whomever cleaned. Other than that, I was very happy with the condition and the facilities."

"I've stayed at the Dunes many times over the past 8 years. With the addition of more restaurants in the area, and a grocery store, it is becoming easier to enjoy the more secluded location without having to make the 20 minute drive back into Gulf Shores for supplies or food.

Dunes 207 met my expectations for cleanliness and overall comfort. It is a great unit for a couple or small family (perfect for my wife and I and our two young children) given the sofa-bed in the living room and bunk beds in hallway.

The addition of some small amenities (rugs/mats on the tile would be nice as my daughter fell in the foyer after coming in slightly wet from the pool) and upgrade of the master bedroom mattress would be my only suggestions for improvement.

It was a great stay and I look forward to returning next year."

"Property is nice! It's a bit of a drive down 180 to get there but it's worth it. Nice family-oriented place. They don't have a sauna as the advertise in several places on the website, which was disappointing as I was really looking forward to it, but it didn't ruin the vacation by any means. Pool is very well up kept by a professional service daily. "

"The location is beautiful, and the staff were friendly and professional. However, there was construction; thus the pool was closed, and I was awakened each morning to loud beeping noises. Furthermore, there was absolutely no privacy because the machine was directly outside my balcony; I had to keep the curtains closed and rarely use the balcony to have any privacy. The workers were friendly though--not rude or inappropriate. My suggestion is to ask about construction before going or that maintenance on the building be done during winter, not Spring Break and other prime season months. This was not my first nor will it be my last time to stay at these properties. Overall, I think they are a good value, and I prefer the location to the crowded beaches of OBA and GS."
