"Ground floor 3 bedroom condo, convenient to cooking area and pool. Beautiful location, quiet neighborhood, convenient to Tacky Jacks and marina. Beaches not crowded. Really friendly people! Love Fort Morgan area!"

"It was great! We had everything we needed. The only negative which was huge to me is that the keypad to the front door can be unlocked by anyone. All you have to do is push the lock picture button to unlock it. I don’t find this safe. "

"This property was well maintained and we had everything we needed for our stay (unless otherwise told to bring). The beach was not as close as I thought it would be but a short walk away. Very convenient for kids and being so close to the pool. This location is perfect for a quiet get away but pretty far from anything else (main city). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here."

"This property was infested with roaches and spiders. My nephew was bite by a spider on his face while asleep. His mother had to take him to the ER. We saw a snake on the patio of the unit next door. Not to mention the rats.
We barbeque one night and the sprinklers came on and wet us up. NEVER will I use or recommend this property to anyone. NEVER!!!
I would use Sunset for future vacation spots."

"On our first trip to the Gulf Shores area, we knew that Gulf Shores would be too congested for our liking. We chose Ft. Morgan based on reviews that mentioned how quiet and secluded it was. We loved the area.

The condo we chose was PERFECT. We traveled with two children and my mother-in-law so being on the ground floor right next to the pool was VERY important for us. Loading in and out was easy as well. Some people would prefer to be on a higher floor, but for us this was perfect.

I appreciated the presence of security. The pool was quiet when it was supposed to be and Jeff would lock it when there was lightening in the area. There was never a problem with noise.

If you choose the Dunes/Indies for your stay, be sure to hit the grocery store on the way in. We went to Publix and stocked up. The Sassy Bass has a market a few miles away and we were surprised to see VERY reasonable prices, but it's small so selection is, too.

We ventured out to the Ft. Morgan historical site which is only 1 mile away. The kids (7, 11) LOVED it. Take bottled water and understand that it is an actual fort. People with severe physical limitations may not be able to navigate the terrain. The museum and gift shop, however, are nice and could be a destination for those in your party who can't walk the fort.

The beach was nice. We got a kick out of the flip-flop "parking" on the boardwalk. We rented chairs and an umbrella from the Ike's representative...money well spent.

Overall we really enjoyed our visit and hope to return. "

"Likes: Friendly and helpful staff. Walked in the doors and immediately pleased. Very clean and cozy. Partial gulf view from patio. Walk out near pool. Dislikes: Front bedrooms near busy walkway; noisy. Pets nearby; barking. Smokers nearby but we didn't smell any smoke inside the condo and that was wonderful! Didn't have a broom and we really needed a broom. Highly recommend this facility for travelers."

"The pictures do not do the condo justice. It is actually larger than it appears. My only complaint is a musty odor throughout, something that a strong candle covered. I would not rent this condo again, but was extremely pleased with Sunset a Properties and the reservation, checkim-in and check-out procedure. I especially appreciated their website!"

"We love this condo complex and have stayed at the Dunes several times. This was our first stay in Dunes 107. I loved the layout of the 3 bedroom, which was perfect for our 3 kids and ourselves. The decor was casual and fun..especially the kids' room. There was a slight musty odor in the front bedroom....which was my only disappointment. We would still stay there again though. The management company of the dunes is always delightful to work with. "

"We have stayed in this unit severaal times. This year it was not in very good condition, especially the living room furniture - very uncomfortable for two month stay. Still have a problem with the refrigerator after two years. We are seriously considering changing to a different unit nextt year but really enjoy the location of Unit 107. It is quiet and private.
