New favorite rental!

"We stayed here as a family group with 5 under the age of 7 and we LOVED it. This was our first Fort Morgan stay and we were huge fans. We had one maintenance issue, but they sent someone out within an hour which was great! A few things I always look for in reviews: the walk to the beach is NOTHING, even with a one year old, the beach is super private and rarely full of people, the pool is right next door to this rental, and there is honestly just tons of room in this place. We would’ve 100% rebooked for next year if we had school schedules already! "

"Our vacation at this property was great!! The property has been updated with new furniture, bedding and appliances since the pictures were taken. We didn't have any issues with anything and Sunset Properties was great to work with!"

"Our growing family had plenty of room here; 9 adults and 2 kids!! We cooked in each evening. There are lots of pots, pans and. utensils in the kitchen. There was plenty of seating at meals for all of us! The guys booked a fishing trip and had a blast. Although it was no issue for us, the stairs are not for the faint of heart! The screened in porch was great for gathering for card games etc in the evenings. Maintenance/cleaning needs improvement. The beds need new sheets and pillows. One bed had no pillows and the extras had stains. On another, the fitted sheets kept coming off and the mattress covers were not clean. Sunset Properties answered and advised us promptly on any inquiries. Grills on property would be a definite good addition. The owners next door allowed us to borrow theirs. Overall we had a great stay."

"Experience very good. Refrig had a broken storage bind and the upstair bath ab0ve the main floor bedroom was not hooked up to over flow so we had a leak below but was quickly handled by maintenance. Close to beach and AC in home was amazing."

"Hands down, our new favorite spot. We LOVED this rental! As a mom with young kids, these are a few things I always look for: the walk to the beach is EASY and minimal traffic, the pool is right next door, and there’s very few people at the beach. We loved it! The rental is super clean and perfect for a big group. "

"I would give our vacation a 4.5 stars. The house was perfect, hot water sufficient, refrigerator stayed cold, and AC worked the way it was supposed to al the time. Fully stocked kitchen and we loved the screened in porch. If we had any complaints it would be the parking area needed the boat trailer gone and area cleaned. The pool was only opened limited hours and only for a few guest. We thought the condo pool should have been available to us. Thank you, we would love to return."

Because of the virus, they have had to limit the time and the number of guests and the pool is only open when security is on duty. Also, if people from the houses were allowed to use the condo pools, that would limit the condo guests time and they are not allowed to use the community pool. So in fairness, pool access is limited to those staying at each particular property. We invite you to come back down once things have settled back to normal and stay with us again! "

"This rental was well equipped and even had some things we weren't expecting (especially in the kitchen). A recent lightening storm had knocked the TV's out and they were replacing them when we arrived. They also let us borrow a charcoal grill for one of our evenings from the clubhouse. There were 4 families and a single in our party and we all managed to have plenty of space for everyone. The beds were comfortable and the short walk to the beach was perfect for coming and going with little ones. Everyone loved the pool as well. "

"Loved the house. It had lots of room. The only negative were dirty windows. You couldn't even see outside and the third floor of Dean's Dunes and Chase-N-Daphne (we rented both sides) smelled like mildew or dead fish. Not sure why. Boths houses had that problem on the third floor only. Also, Internet connection kept dropping. Overall we had a wonderful time."
