Just a block from the sand, this spacious home comfortably sleeps up to 16 guests and offers flexible indoor and outdoor spaces to relax, unwind, and enjoy a Gulf Coast getaway.
Guests can enjoy sunny decks, a community pool, and tennis or pickleball courts. The main level features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room with sleeper sofa, while upstairs provides additional living space and sleeping accommodations. Please note that a new home is being built next door, so some construction may be visible during your stay.

"This beach getaway was exactly as advertised!! Very spacious, clean, stocked with all the amenities you could possibly need, extremely comfortable. There are beautiful views of the ocean from each balcony along with the use of 2 swimming pools when the salt water gets overwhelming. Definitely will seek this home out on our next vacation!!! "

"We always come back to Morgantown. Access to the beach is easy and the beach is not crowded. This was our first stay at this property. It was very roomy. There is an upstair apartment that seemed a little odd at first but functioned well for us and might be nice for some situations.
My only negative is the tennis courts. The development as a whole needs to have the courts redone. Completely resurfaced- not repaired. We attempted to play pickleball but the court surface has some weird underlayment and sucks the life out of the bounce. If you are a "real" tennis player- you will likely be disappointed."
