We have another hot and humid day in Ft. Morgan today, but it is beautiful on the beach. The water is clear and the beach is looking good. We have a little bigger crowd here through the weekend enjoying the newly open water. We hope you can come down and enjoy the beach with us soon. Renting with Sunset Properties -
The location of the property itself was very nice and clean. The condo was even nicer in person and actually very roomy. Everything was clean and stocked very well. There's a great view of the beach. My favorite part was how quiet the location was. There wasn't much traffic and we rarely even seen other people. The beach was beautiful and very private. At most, we shared it with maybe 20 other people at one time. One time we were the only ones on the beach. There's a 20-30 drive to all the tourists type things depending on traffic which isn't too bad and there's a Dollar General just a few miles up the road in case you forgot something.

Renting with Sunset Properties -
I loved staying in this condo at the Phoenix West. The beds were very comfortable and I got a good nights sleep every night I was here. The view of the beach, pools and lazy river were spectacular. The TVs had all the streaming services so you could pretty much watch what you wanted. Had everything needed in the kitchen and bar along with a drip coffee maker and Keurig. The refrigerator was large and looked fairly new, enough to hold all you would need. I would highly recommend this condo for any trip to Orange Beach. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at Dream and what a dream it was. This is our 3rd time renting with Sunset and at this point I see no point in renting anywhere else. No drama. The property was awesome. Location was ridiculous. We can't wait wait to come back.

The Golden Yona property is exquisite! It is clear that the owners give attention to every detail and want to make you feel like you have had a well deserved get-away - and we definitely did! The weather was beautiful and even the couple of days that it was chilly, we could still sit on the balcony and enjoy the spacious living room and open kitchen concept while hanging out and visiting with family. Great place to rent - doesn't feel like you are renting, feels like home! I would highly recommend the Golden Yona property for your next get-away!

Although I live close by the job of renting, managing, promoting plus handling the maintenance and cleaning in order to maximize my rental income, takes a lot more time and effort than one person can oversee. This was our first rental experience with Sunset Properties after going to Gulf Shores for 10+ years and let me say I was impressed!! I don't think we will use any other rental property. Our condo and stay were wonderful, any questions or concerns before or during our trip were taken care of. We loved our unit in Ocean House II.
