Orange Beach is a great area that is known for the fishing. Also in Orange beach are a lot of popular restaurants and the wharf shopping center and amphitheater.

Gulf Shores is offers a variety of restaurants, shopping venues, and attractions.

Fort Morgan goes as far as 20 miles West of Gulf Shores. Fort Morgan is full of rich history, beautiful beaches, and is right at the very island tip of where Mobile Bay and the Gulf of Mexico join. This area is known for its peaceful nature.

#138 is perfect for a couple. We took a quick last minute trip and booked the day before we arrived and enjoyed every moment. The building is older and not much to look at but our room was great and we loved the location!

Our condo and stay were wonderful, any questions or concerns before or during our trip were taken care of. We loved our unit in Ocean House II. We only stay with Sunset Properties for our annual beach trip to Fort Morgan! The houses/condos are always perfect for our needs, clean and beautiful. The staff at Sunset are so nice and accommodating, if you have any requests they are always quick with responses. If you're looking for a great family owned company to stay with in the Fort Morgan area, the Dunes Subdivision and Sunset Properties is the only way to go.

We had a lovely vacation stay at the Awbrey House in Gulf Shores this past Thanksgiving. The property itself was lovely, and the location was amazing. Working with Sunset Properties was so easy, and they are great communicators. Something happened to the outside grill before our stay and they worked through the holiday to get a new one delivered to the house while we were there. Will book again with them next year!
