I forgot to look for it and John made sure it was done. John's wisdom during our price discussions with the buyer really showed his  experience. He also shined at closing with some last minute negotiations he took on with the Condo Owners Association. Pro through and through.

This was our first rental experience with Sunset Properties after going to Gulf Shores for 10+ years and let me say I was impressed!! I don't think we will use any other rental property.
